I am currently paying for your I am paying 6.99$A month for your VPN on all platforms. What does all platforms mean? How many devices can I have on your phantom VPN? I want to be able to use Phantom VPN on multiple devices. I tried to send an email it says that my email address is not registered because I’m not a customer how do we remedy this situation? Do I need to unsubscribe from iTunes and pay directly to the website so I can have the VPN on my iPhone as well as use the phantom VPN on other devices? This seems quite egregious that I have to write a review to maybe get a bleeping response there should be live customer support and email so I could simply send an email but you guys don’t have a customer support listed email that I could find, it seems very apparent that your company is all about the money doesn’t care about the consumer because I can’t even get a hold of you! To put it kindly I am unhappy if I was not on a snowflake platform I would be cursing!

I started out using their products, found an ad worm in their anti-virus. The last update to their vault deleted all my user names and passwords and put an install button for pass word generator. And now I wonder what awaits in this update to their VPN. Not me! You’ve screwed me the last time!

Apple sent me an email stating Avira Holding replied to my review and asked if I wanted to update my review and/or contact the developer. I first tried to contact Avira and the link in the email to me to the same useless website. I did make a mistake and used the words ad worm. It’s not that, it’s ad Ware! And if you have ads, including a couple of porn site pop ups, one which hijacked safari to that site, your Anti Virus is not right!
And I’m sticking to my guns on what your vault update did.

Update:
Unfortunately I changed my mind about your service. On iPhone it doesn’t have the connect on demand option in the settings and keeps getting disconnected regularly. I’ve lost so many matches because of your service getting disconnected. On Mac it sometimes doesn’t connect at all for no reason and only after I restart my Mac it gets connected again. If you don’t fix these 2 issues I’ll definitely change my service and keep giving you one stars!
