It works great for one specific use case but anything outside of that is a nightmare. They require a selfie of a guarantor which doesn’t make sense, how often are you going to be in the same city? What happens when you’re in different parts of the country? It says it allows estrangeiros to apply without cpf yet in the app there is no place to say you don’t have a cpf. I have requested a cpf with my temp visa with federal police, which according to their policy is sufficient. Yet there’s no place to submit this letter. Countless glitches and infinite loops you get stuck in that don’t make sense. Glitchy and clunky app. Trash. Terrible app for renting.

the worst experience !!!! I am horrorized by the process of renting an apartment in this time with these chatbots and inhumane way of creating an agreement!!!! This app makes you look at the apartment … forces you to pay a fee to guarantee before you even get to visit the place . you only speak with a chat bot until you pay then they standardize the contract so you have no choice! They make it hard to contact them to get the money back!

They charge a too much for doing too little
compared to other property management companies. I’m an investor with experience in several companies. This one is the worst so far. It’s more difficult to reach out to them, they have very bureaucratic processes, and the app is too confusing.
