Buckle is useless. The fact that you can only look at what one store has and not the entire inventory is ridiculous, not to mention it’s annoying having to go back and put in a different store to see different items. You can’t order anything online either. You can only reserve it at a particular store. Also, if you favorite an item at one store, it doesn’t save it for every store. So you favorite the same item twice or more. Which makes it even more confusing. I’ve never seen an app where you have to navigate it like you’re in the store. That defeats the entire purpose of an app. It’s out of date and not helpful at all. You should be able to reserve something if you want, but you should also be able to look at the entire inventory at once and order it off Buckle .

Totally unfortunate that if you do not live anywhere near a store you cannot buy the products. I stumbled on a store while on vacation and loved the clothes, we bought a bunch of stuff and when I went to order online…. Shockingly, NOT AN OPTION!? I live in New England. There’s not a single location in New England. I’d have to drive to New York according to google. I guess I’ll just go shop the brands directly from the suppliers online….

Not sure why you would have to enter a specific store instead of being shown the entire online inventory. Doesn’t seem very productive. I saw a review from november complaining about this and was disappointed to see that it hadn’t changed. They clearly don’t care about Buckle and i don’t care for it either.

Buckle is almost completely pointless, in order to even add anything to your cart, you have to go all the way back to the this app online browser instead. You can barely even look at the clothes and choose what you want. Buckle is more of an online gallery than anything.

Would be useful if they could get with the 2020 program and make this an actual useful app, and make it multifunctional like every other retail app.

Also, Buckle inventory doesn’t match the online inventory, so the size you pick on Buckle will be gone when it finally routes you to the online browser to put in your cart.

The website is FAR more user friendly than Buckle. I really dislike that when you click on a product it just brings up a massive photo of it but you can’t scroll down for more info. It’s probably one of the worst designed shopping apps I’ve used.

Paying your this app card is a mess on Buckle. Super laggy and not intuitive. Discourages me shopping. But so does the actual shopping side of Buckle and website experience in general. I don’t prefer to actually go shop in their stores and would prefer to shop online/on an app but this app needs to get it together so that it’s easier to do so. They’re missing a lot of opportunities with poor, clunky e-commerce.

I never wright app reviews but Buckle is the worst shopping app I’ve used, I love this app but Buckle is not it. First, there was no where I could look at my order I placed on the website after signing into my app. Then I look at tops and found one and it said my size was available, but wouldn’t let me add to my cart. There was a reserve in store option only so maybe it is only available in store? I did the reserve thing to see. It also wont pull up the item details when you click on an item.

Buckle search features are not user friendly, you cannot filter by store availability which I understand to a point. However you also cannot see previous orders. So I want to order the same jeans as last time but cannot reference previous orders. That’s fine… I’ll save them to a wishlist… nope - also not available on Buckle . Maybe they got the programming from a set of IKEA assembly instructions (lots of work, feeble results). Don’t give up on them - just use the website.

I’ve never seen a shopping app that won’t actually let your order anything. It’s just an odd concept. As expensive as the clothes are at this app surely some funds can be allocated towards app development, order processing, and fulfillment. If the point is to keep foot traffic in the store for sales commissions then it’s an antiquated way of doing business. Terrible experience for consumers wanting to use Buckle.

This is the first app I have ever used that doesn’t provide information about orders and order history. Not really sure what the relevance is other than to reserve clothes which is weird

I too am a this app fanatic and have answered ad nauseam their surveys when online and for their app. Wonder if they were ever read because it doesn’t seem like anything changed.
Most recently I was looking for my purchase history on Buckle . Seems reasonable, no? Can’t find it anywhere. Went to the internet and bam! There it was!
And don’t bother checking the box “remember me” because they never do.

Decent app, but doesn’t allow for inventory beyond your selected store. Online website gives full inventory of items. No options within Buckle .

I love Buckle! I am a this app fanatic so I’m constantly reserving items right to my local store from Buckle which is super easy. The only thing about Buckle is that there’s no Search option. You can’t search Buckle to check if your store has that certain item you’ve been waiting for, you just have to keep scrolling endlessly in hopes that you’ll find it eventually. Otherwise, this is an awesome idea for an app!

this app jeans are all I will wear, since they are what fit me. I always find lots I want, but generally can't find my size. I've been disappointed the last 2 times I've gone in. I don't want to buy jeans online, or have to pay a deposit to get my normal size. 5 stars for style selection, 1 star for size selection.

I love seeing all the new stuff my store gets with the option to reserve it right from my phone and love being able to manage my credit card within Buckle as well!

Buckle is fairly easy to figure out what you’re looking for. I really like how you can reserve clothing in the store, so that you can pick it up! One thing that I think you could change is the item page. Sometimes they don’t tag the shirts, and you have to find them through the search menu. But besides that, it’s amazing!!💕

The this app app helps me find the items I am searching for right in Buckle and even tells me if it is available in a location near me, you can also reserve on Buckle for up to 24 hours to ensure the store keeps your size in stock! It is super easy to go into the store and pick up reservations set aside for you by the this app staff they also help me find items similar to the ones I pick out almost every time I go in!

I’m being talked to over the phone as I’m lees than !!! I was told that a shirt that I don’t know which one has been sent to the wrong address It hasn’t got to any of the two address one of the workers said it wasn’t any where and I was told that it isn’t in the store ?
