This app robs you of your time. Survey after survey, repeatedly takes you through a long qualifying process, only to say you do not qualify time after time. Many times they are not honest: they don’t count the qualifying time in survey time, they’ll list a survey to be 8 mins, you invest that time answering their repetitive qualify questions, then they reveal the actual survey time is longer than what was indicated when you selected it. Add to that how often you get deep into a survey, many times all the way to the end, only to be DQ’d.
Every time you attempt a new survey they re ask the exact same exact same qualifying questions again, god forbid you make an error, hit a wrong key (Who has never typo’d for christ sake) and ban you, daring to call you dishonest!!!
Funny thing is these solutions are very simple to fix: 1) have every user create a user profile that contains every possible qualifying question, occasionally ask them if they have any changes orbupdates to report. This will eliminate robbing them of their time, re-asking the same qualifying questions over and over again for every single survey, while also reducing the risk of errors. 2) if there does need to be a few additional qualifying questions at the beginning of a survey, the time answering those should always be included in the survey estimate time.
Until they fix these very basic problems, stay away from this app.

I’ve been a member of Swagbucks for years. I’ve never seen such horrible business practices in my life. This company does nothing but rob you of your time and then throws it in your face that your now banned from taking surveys on both the app and the website and claims the reason is because your answers are inconsistent. Yet would you like to explain to me how not every survey is the same yet I’m getting banned for taking surveys due to inconsistency in my answers. Well duh because each survey is completely different. Not my problem you can’t get your company together. I’ve already reached out to the compliance team and boy was that a joke too! Get an automatic response that they will look into it within the next 30 days and along the lines it wasn’t their problem since the surveys come from a 3rd party company to begin with. That’s fine. If the matter isn’t resolved soon I will be deleting every app including this one that Swagbucks offers and use another service who cares about their customers and gives better customer service.

If you want just spend 30 minutes and get paid 30 cents then be my guest. They want you to go slow and take your time but then at the end they tell you that the survey has been filled up. You go to fast and they tell you that you’ve been disqualified. But the main problem here is still the fact that they wanna pay you one cent for every minute you spend taking a survey. I think people’s time is worth more than that. So, they’re never going to get legit answers. Rewards vary wildly, sometimes you get 60 cents for doing a 10 minute survey. But It can take you hours of taking surveys to get that good survey reward, and during those hours there is a lot of getting screwed.
