SB Answer Reviews

SBAnswer robs you of your time. Survey after survey, repeatedly takes you through a long qualifying process, only to say you do not qualify time after time. Many times they are not honest: they don’t count the qualifying time in survey time, they’ll list a survey to be 8 mins, you invest that time answering their repetitive qualify questions, then they reveal the actual survey time is longer than what was indicated when you selected it. Add to that how often you get deep into a survey, many times all the way to the end, only to be DQ’d.
Every time you attempt a new survey they re ask the exact same exact same qualifying questions again, god forbid you make an error, hit a wrong key (Who has never typo’d for christ sake) and ban you, daring to call you dishonest!!!
Funny thing is these solutions are very simple to fix: 1) have every user create a user profile that contains every possible qualifying question, occasionally ask them if they have any changes orbupdates to report. This will eliminate robbing them of their time, re-asking the same qualifying questions over and over again for every single survey, while also reducing the risk of errors. 2) if there does need to be a few additional qualifying questions at the beginning of a survey, the time answering those should always be included in the survey estimate time.
Until they fix these very basic problems, stay away from SBAnswer.

I’ve been a member of Swagbucks for years. I’ve never seen such horrible business practices in my life. This company does nothing but rob you of your time and then throws it in your face that your now banned from taking surveys on both SBAnswer and the website and claims the reason is because your answers are inconsistent. Yet would you like to explain to me how not every survey is the same yet I’m getting banned for taking surveys due to inconsistency in my answers. Well duh because each survey is completely different. Not my problem you can’t get your company together. I’ve already reached out to the compliance team and boy was that a joke too! Get an automatic response that they will look into it within the next 30 days and along the lines it wasn’t their problem since the surveys come from a 3rd party company to begin with. That’s fine. If the matter isn’t resolved soon I will be deleting every app including this one that Swagbucks offers and use another service who cares about their customers and gives better customer service.

If you want just spend 30 minutes and get paid 30 cents then be my guest. They want you to go slow and take your time but then at the end they tell you that the survey has been filled up. You go to fast and they tell you that you’ve been disqualified. But the main problem here is still the fact that they wanna pay you one cent for every minute you spend taking a survey. I think people’s time is worth more than that. So, they’re never going to get legit answers. Rewards vary wildly, sometimes you get 60 cents for doing a 10 minute survey. But It can take you hours of taking surveys to get that good survey reward, and during those hours there is a lot of getting screwed.

I realize this might be out of SB’s control, but I hate that the rewards for the surveys have changed so drastically. It used to be that surveys that didn’t qualify for the 1SB DQ award were worth 60SB....now they’re only 35?! I swear, it’s some conspiracy to get more data out of all of us...

I’ve also had issues other people seem to have, where I’ll seemingly get to the end of the survey after 15-20 minutes, only to be told I don’t qualify. I’ve also had problems where I’ll accidentally swipe the wrong way and exit completely, or sometimes the screen will get stuck, but there’s no option to refresh it.

This is a nice app to have in conjunction with the desktop site, but they have GOT to update it to be more mobile-friendly. Maybe screen what surveys come through SBAnswer better, and of course better rewards would be nice. It’s so discouraging and insulting to spend sooo much time trying to qualify for 35 cents!

I have enough swag points to redeem and continue to take surveys. This would be such an easy way for me to make a little extra money to make ends meet. However, there is some glitch in SBAnswer that prevents me from being able to redeem my swag points, which is pretty frustrating. The worst part is there is no one to contact about this. If they could have costumer service where you can quickly talk (even if only just to chat on SBAnswer ) and were able to have their gift cards redeemed (hopefully someone will be able to help me with this problem soon), this would be a 5 star app.

I heard about SBAnswer and was like cool I can get some free cash by just answering questions whenever I’m just sitting places on my phone not really doing anything. Well it’s not as easy as that but yet it is. It definitely takes some time to rack up points to get gift cards but again if I’m just pointlessly on my phone makes sense for me to work towards some money. So overall I think it’s great but it’s not fast. I gave it 3 stars because sometimes you start a survey and then you don’t qualify to finish the survey and you never receive points, also they don’t have very many quick surveys so you spend a lot of time doing some and you don’t receive points. But other then that when it works it’s easy.

SBAnswer is okay, not great. It's good in conjunction with the swagbucks website, but alone it could be better. I am an avid survey taker so I usually qualify for a survey per day, but there are days in which I try 20 times and don't qualify for anything. It is extremely frustrating to get to the end of a survey and be told that you complete it only to be disqualified and receive no points. I always open a support ticket when this happens and I am usually credited with the points after the fact. My main issue with SBAnswer itself is that it is very easy to accidentally exit a survey. There is no prompt asking if you are sure you’d like to exit. You could get tot the end of a survey and accidentally exit it. This happened to me once when my 1 year walked up and taped my phone.

A few years ago I read in a Seventeen magazine an article about making free cash, so I’m thinking okay this website must be legit so I’ll give it a try. I’m honestly so glad I did! If your an online shopper, or a shop online-pick up in store kind of person, this is SBAnswer for you! I shop online A LOT, and I get points for the money I spend. I shop especially around the holidays and amazing sales you can’t pass up.

Just don’t forget to log into swagbucks and shop through there portal, otherwise you won’t get those points.

I’ve just redeemed $35 in gift cards. Over time the points add up, I’m not saying I’m rewarded $100/week, I’m about $5/week! but like I said it all adds up. I’m not money hungry so I don’t mind waiting around until my next purchase, it’s just free money I can’t pass up. Why not get that extra money in my pocket?

Customer service isn’t great so don’t expect an answer. Just make sure you log into the portal so your shopping points show up on your “activity”. It’s great, I love it and tell my family about it all the time.

I used SBAnswer two years ago and it really frustrated me because I would answer questions for a long time and it would drop me without giving any points.

I have been using this again for the past few days and it doesn’t seem to do that anymore. I enjoy the surveys.

Edit: someone said this robbed you of your time, they are right. This weekend I worked on a lot of surveys and they would freeze and I didn’t get credit for them. Plus a lot just clicked back saying not everyone can be a winner without asking anything and not giving me anything. I think I know why I quit playing two years ago

It’s definitely the easiest way to take surveys on a mobile device but I frequently have issues with SBAnswer . It often freezes midway through a survey and my only option is the quit SBAnswer which also means I lose the survey and can’t reopen it at a later time. I often will complete a survey and it will submit but the submission screen freezes and won’t issue me credit. I also can’t file a request to swagbucks to have the credit issued because SBAnswer only shows you the length of the survey at the top of SBAnswer instead of the survey number and credit amount which is what you need to fill out a request. So it’s good when it works but aggravating when it doesn’t.

It is free and easy to answer surveys and collect points toward free gift cards, but there are so many instances where I’ve been answering questions in a survey for several minutes and then it tells me I don’t qualify... stop wasting my time. It seems like they only want people who make financial decisions where they work, if you don’t do that then they say you don’t qualify. You aren’t going to accumulate points very quickly, unless that is, you are high up on the food chain in your place of business, and if you are, you probably won’t want to bother with these surveys anyway.

I like SBAnswer itself because it works well and is designed in an intuitive, simple way that isn’t distracting and loads really fast. Efficient and glitch free. However, my only complaint is that I never seem to qualify for the surveys despite going through what seems like a decent number of questions - it’s kind of unfair that they don’t reward more for your commitment and willingness to participate because even disqaualified surveys are harvesting a lot of data and the data is where they make their money as do their clients / partners....

Reading through the other reviews, a lot of people left some really negative ratings. I, personally, think SBAnswer is great. I definitely don't consider it as a scam as at least one reviewer mentioned. I have been using Swagbucks for a considerable amount of time now and just began usin SBAnswer. I have already earned hundreds of Swagbucks. In regards to earning gift cards, I have earned a lot of money in gift card. I can vouch for the fact that they do deliver.

Anyway, I haven't had any issues with SBAnswer . There are always plenty of surveys available and they have all worked fine so far. I actually prefer using SBAnswer for surveys over doing them on the website. I love the simplicity of the design and how easy it is to use it. I definitely recommend SBAnswer. Good job Swagbucks! I’ve been a member for a few years. I really like SBAnswer a lot. Recently though it’s been more difficult to earn swag bucks.I don’t like when you do a survey and it takes 15 minutes to get through it and you think you’ve done it right and you only get 1 swag buck. I think they can do a much better job of filtering out whether you’re a match before getting so far into the survey and making it a waste of time. It used to be a fun thing for me to do for a half hour or so a day now it’s taking way too long to get 1 Swagbucks. I wish they could figure it out.

I’m a college student without a job right now. I started swagbucks a few months ago and I have accumulated 8000 swagbucks. 1000 swagbucks gets you $10. So I have made $80 since the beginning of March. I don’t rely on this for money. At all. Because I would spend way too much time; however, if you’re bored and wanna make some swagbucks, it can be a fun little task. Sometimes the surveys are super long, but often it’s because they want you to watch an episode of a show and review it which is kinda fun. If you purchase something through swagbucks, you can make a lot but it will take about a month for those credits to come into your account.

I agree w many of the reviews. I find that I will complete most all of the survey and then it tells me I don’t qualify. I’ve had instances where the button I need to push doesn’t completely show on my screen so I can’t progress w the survey. I too have been told I should’ve know the date time and survey number to get credit. Who writes down each survey number? Geez. I still find it fun to accumulate points on short surveys. I hate the long ones even if they do pay more. I’ll keep doing it but if it keeps saying I don’t qualify then I’ll start scaling back more and using another site like iPoll. I wish the surveys I qualify for based on my demographics would be loaded on my profile and the ones I don’t to not even show up.

People complain about everything, like if we live in a perfect world. Its free $ that takes little to no effort , so what you get DQ’d , when I’m close to cashing out I rather get dq anyways because some of them still paying you 5, 10, 40 just for been disqualified. If you want a fat check go to work !! Nd work you’re self 40+ hours but there’s nothing better then to fill out surveys Nd just let your computer run on a few videos to earn a couple of dollars . If you gonna be on you’re phone mines well make a few cents out of it rather then scrolling all day on Facebook Nd still not giving a dam of what ppl do on social media . Smh !

It’s a great App with a wide variety of different types of games that I’m sure you’ll be able to find something to “tweak” your interest AND earn you some SwagBucks (which convert to cash or gift cards) in the process.

Love SwagBucks! It’s not going to make you rich, but it does pay you back in gift cards. I’ve already redeemed two of them. It’s a great way to pass time and to help products be reviewed. My only complaint is that you can spend 20 minutes answering questions just to finally be kicked out and only awarded 1 swagbuck. If you finish the survey, you get your full points, but it seems like one or two (maybe more) companies are getting the answers they want and when they get that info, now you’re not qualified for the survey? There should be a “report this survey” option when companies take 20 minutes to kick you out of a survey.

I have been a member off Swagbucks for years. It is the only app that I can take fun surveys, play games, shop etc., and make Swagbucks (money) while I’m doing it! SBAnswer pays for my family’s Christmas every year! There are a lot of new apps promising to have big payouts... but in my experience they slow down and stop letting you make points, coins etc., before you can reach the minimum you need to have to cash out. Swagbucks is honest, fun and rewards their members! Their customer service is awesome and on point! They respond quickly and have always resolved the few issues I have had. I highly recommend Swagbucks!! 😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️

Swagbucks was a good app for earning gift cards and PayPal payouts. Over the last 3 weeks most surveys aren’t even qualifying. Until recently late disqualifications still earned a portion of a reward based on the time you spent on the surveys. Now every disqualification is no reward or one swagbuck. What happened? There are at least 4 other apps that offer a comparable survey experience, there is no benefit to using SBAnswer if the time I spend isn’t being rewarded.
Also, can someone from swagbucks please do a better job estimating qualtronics time estimates on their surveys? A 10 minute qualtronics survey routinely takes 20-25 minutes to complete. Then qualtronics is offering 29¢ for this regular survey, it’s criminal. ZAP and Qmee have better rewards for not qualifying and total payouts respectively. I thought I had found the best of both worlds in swagbucks. But recently that has changed.

I have been using Swagbucks for a few years and it’s been an awesome way to help pay for our kids diapers. I usually can earn about the cost of a large order of diapers each month which really helped our family out. As I’ve used it some things have gotten bette like Swago and monthly earning opportunities and some things, like earning through watching videos or through day discover have gotten harder (or at least just take longer to earn the they use to).
