3 years agoHello, I have an issue because I’ve been getting billed for this subscription without my knowledge. When the app was t even downloaded on my phone. And on top of that I’m having issues trying to unsubscribe. due to the fact I don’t even know how I got subscribed in the first place. Sorry for inconvenience but please get back to me.. thank you.

3 years agoHi there, I have recently seen an advert of yours. The image you are using to “agify” someone’s face is of a girl called Maddalyn Davis. She passed away January 2019. I believe the image you are using for the advert is offensive and should be taken down immediately as it’s insensitive to her family and friends. If you could please get back to me on how you are going to resolve the issue. Otherwise I will share this nationally with other media contacts I already have including the BBC, The Guardian newspaper and the dailymail. Many thanks, Shayna
