GoVivo CNB Family of Banks Reviews

App use to be great. I’ve called and complained to CS twice nice. Ever since to last update 10.1 it’s been a nightmare. I depend on GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks to pay my bills and it has failed me twice now.
It won’t open. And when it does then u can’t get to the Bill pay option. All other apps on my phone work fine except this one. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!

Last few months I’ve been able to log on but almost immediately an error occurs and the application shuts off and goes back to the log in screen. Sometimes I get 30 seconds to do what I need to do and almost never get a chance to look at my checking transactions.

It’s just the desktop site. Mobile deposit is missing from the menu. It’s a worthless app and all branches still advertise mobile deposit and give you directions that don’t work to find mobile deposit because it’s just removed from the menu. There’s a screenshot of the menu here on the download screen that shows mobile deposit. Actual app doesn’t look like that.

App is still worthless. I have a mortgage through this bank but i still cant pay electronically because i dont have at least 2 accounts. I pay 5 different bills a month and this is the only one i still have to mail in a check. Get with the times CNB.

GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks was always good. Now u can’t even get in or of u do it takes 5 mins. Spoken to several others having the same issue. Please fix it.

Cnb limits transfers to 2500. Don’t recommend this bank

It’s crucial for your online banking app to be reliable. I have nothing but issues with GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks all the time! Will NOT show me any screen when I click to deposit a check. Reached out to customer support on GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks , they indicated to uninstall and reinstall? Didn’t fix the issue. Otherwise, it takes very long periods of time to load. Enough to make me make the switch to a different bank.

I used to love GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks because of how quick and easy it was, but the past year it has been nothing but disappointing. Sometimes it does not work or says “under maintenance” when there was no warning, sometimes leaving you financially stranded. I have a lot of issues with password as well, I write mine down and I’ll put the right password in and it will still say it is wrong and end up looking me out of my account.

I live GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks. But I have so many issues getting into it. I can get into every other app on my phone quickly but sometimes I try for a half hour or so waiting for this to load just to see one quick thing.

I’ve recently have downloaded GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks, can seem to find mobile deposit or deposit a check. It’s just like they took it out, I even have a paper I got from the bank 2 days ago, it’s a mobile deposit step by step, and I’m following it and when I click on menu thing there’s no button or anything of a direct deposit

Called and spoke to Dustin about a transfer that was to be taken from a clients account on the 5th. He said he could not speak to me about another persons account. Instead of telling me that CNB system was down for automatic transfers. Created a problem. Not happy at all with his lack of response.

The CNB Bank app experience is subpar. The interface is outdated, glitchy, and slow. The navigation and layout is poor. GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks often needs closed and reopened multiple times before it will actually let you login; even then it will freeze on a blank screen. GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks is in need of a refresh particularly focused on making all functions smoother and decreasing load times.

As I like to always see apps become more of what they could be, this "app" failed me on this part. I know it's just the banks website conformed into an "app", it needs to be optimized and made more native per mobile OS.

I’m using an iPhone XS Max and the bottom text is cut off and the top where the notch lays needs to be formed better and the space used more appropriately.

Cnb as a bank that I love them. I live in Clearfield Pennsylvania with their headquarters is and they’re always happy to see me but the online app is clunky. I get a lot of notifications for our connection error. Our networks busy when I have full bars of service and I’m on Wi-Fi shut the Wi-Fi off that it works sometimes so I think they’re just trying to fix up GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks and all, but overall took it up when it works.

I’m not impressed with the update on GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks . It kicks me out after seconds all the time. I can’t even see the words I’m typing right now it’s all white. I hate it. Hopefully someone can read this.

I use GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks daily but added a new fingerprint
and GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks won’t let me load fingerprint ID

Ever since this new update, I have to remove GoVivoCNBFamilyofBanks and reinstall it every time I sign in. It’s a complete nuisance! Somebody did something wrong somewhere!!!

Very happy with the performance of CNB’s banking app. It has transfer options, Zelle, bill payment options, mobile deposit, external transfer between personal accounts, and even more. I really love all the notification options/card controls as well as how well the security works. It can be annoying to get locked out after messing up my password 3 times, but the CNB workers are so happy & quick to get that issue fixed & reset. Thank you CNB Bank!!!
