1 year agoI've received several emails that I have two tickets for Jimmy Kimmel in Brooklyn, but the website is down and I can't access them. I keep on getting an error message. The performance starts in two hours. No phone numbers for your service.

2 years agoI have been trying to get James Corden tickets and I can never get into it to do it. I forgot my password and can never get any email to fix it. I think its impossible to get them.

2 years agoI received email that I got tickets to Colbert for Jan 20. When I clicked to confirm they said verify email sent me a code, didn’t work sent four consecutive codes none worked despite my email obviously being correct since I got the codes!

2 years agoI got my notice with link to get Colbert tickets (2 for 10/18 taping). hit link and little bars just kept undulating. CANNOT get ticket confirmation and I am becoming concerned. Put in problem to 1iota support and......dead silence on fixing issue.....Seem like account or certainly progress is locked up and no clue as to what to fix on my end.....no phone number for support personnel contact......Help!!!

Worst set up ever
Got a notification an hour before of available tickets so I rush to get to the place, but no specific location to meet, no instructions whatsoever. Talked to every security guard within a mile radius until we found one man that knew where to go. The app though wouldn’t let me log in, kept saying error, server problems, so finally could log in from a friends phone 10 mins before to confirm the tickets. Felt like I was on the amazing race with the lack of directions and obscure directions we eventually got. This can’t be the best you can do! Great concept, horrible delivery.

Someday I hope to have tickets to one of the shows I like. :( It’s challenging to know if you have tickets. I’ve put in two requests, the first was declined and communicated in a timely manner. The second has been pending for about a week. Support said they approve tickets in batches and they have “no way of knowing where I am on the waiting list”. Would be nice to know if I have tickets a week before the show. The request was submitted two weeks prior to the show and is still pending 1 week before. We really want to go to Talking Dead on 3/31 .

Would love to use the app but…
I enjoy having my phone at my fingertips to check out the cool experiences offered through 1iota, but when I created my account I signed in through my gmail (similar to how one would sign in with their Facebook) but there is no option for me to do that on here. I can use the mobile site in my safari browser fine but would really like to use the app without losing what I have on the account I already have
