FoodBazaar is the worst. I couldn’t create an account the first time I tried and couldn’t get points for a $350 purchase. I tried again later and finally was able to creat an account and then was assigned my points the second time I tried. But then when I went to the grocery store three weeks later it completely erased all of my points, another $320 purchase, and I couldn’t get any points for my third trip, a $275 purchase. I’ve spent almost $1000 and now have 0 points. I tried logging out and back in and now it won’t recognize my email address. So here I am, with no points and apparently no account that they can locate. Cool.

Since FoodBazaar has been updated I’ve been unable to use it because it requires a new set up. I’ve requested a new pin & the pins do not work. This is my primary supermarket. I always purchased from this store and I’m missing out on points because I cannot gain access since the upgrade. No one in the store seems to be able to help me. This is insane.

The points never record or accumulate on my app. I shop there so often and have nothing to show for it. I don’t even know what rewards I’m working towards. All FoodBazaar is good for is just scanning a barcode. No actually collection of points. Fix FoodBazaar to do exactly what it’s supposed to do maybe?

At this point, after several months of use MAYBE two of my transactions actually went through and obtained some points. Highly disappointed at this.

The first time I made a purchase I did not have FoodBazaar . Therefore no points.
The second time I made a purchase I showed the rewards barcode after payment. I was subsequently told that the barcode must be scanned anytime before items are scanned up to but not after payment. Therefore no points again.
The third time I made a purchase I had the cashier scan the rewards barcode right away. I was assured that rewards points would show up in FoodBazaar . As of this point in time, no points are recorded in FoodBazaar . Frustrating! If something changes within the next week or so, I will update review.

I spent over $360 and still havent had the points added .. its a shame. Im 5000 points away also from my reward lol. Nonetheless the store in brooklyn i go to which i will leave nameless because i live there and the sexy woman.

Prices have gone up also no longer a bargain. Might as well go to whole foods , trader joes or aldis. Cheaper prices and less hassle .

Originally, my points were accumulating and I was able to use it to get rewards. Now, it has stopped adding points after I’ve made purchases. I used the last reward 2 days ago to see if it would rectify the problem and it hasn’t. Have also logged off & logged back in, made a purchase and points have yet to be added.

Whenever I go to the supermarket no employee can help me, thus in FoodBazaar there’s no contact information nothing!!! I always make sure to enter all the needed information but still it tells me to try later, it’s frustrating to be spending money 2 times a month and to not be able to receive any reward. WORST APP EVER

I was in my app today and I see that I lost 100,000 points.I never redeemed any points as I was saving everything for Christmas. Where are my points? I just reach $75 and redemption now they’re just missing. How do you go from 400,000 points so 238,000 points?At this point FoodBazaar is scamming me.

I downloaded FoodBazaar over a year ago and all of the features were working properly. Every week I was able to see what were the sales of the week but now FoodBazaar is acting up, the weekly circular part of FoodBazaar isn’t working. Every time I try to open that feature FoodBazaar closes up, what is going on? I uninstalled it twice to see if this worked and no it didn’t, no changes with this☹️ I tried other alternatives to see if it finally open up but NO! If no changes are made then I will uninstall it permanently. This glitch needs to be addressed immediately!

For some reason the weekly ads cannot be displayed through FoodBazaar. I have deleted and reinstalled FoodBazaar over 10 times and it still won’t open the ads with my IPhone 7. FoodBazaar will work on my Samsung tablet but not my phone. I refuse to carry my tablet to the grocery store. I’ve missed out on numerous rewards points because of this issue. I would like to access the ads so I can make my grocery list. Please fix this!!!

FoodBazaar is not working at all. I thought I was the only one with FoodBazaar issues but it’s blocking me from seeing the weekly ads and my points don’t show on my accounts. Everytime I click the weekly ad to see the sales it takes me out of FoodBazaar completely. Not good for your customers. Please fix the food bazaar app is not working.

I went through the weekly flyer and added a number of items to my shopping list. Two problems: adding items from page 2 of the flyer did not work, and there is nowhere in FoodBazaar for me to view my shopping list. How pointless is that?

Idk what happened within 2 weeks time but the layout is a little different which is whatever. I can’t open the weekly ads it’ll automatically close me out of FoodBazaar . I tried to look at my points and that doesn’t show up either. They need to fix the glitches because I don’t want to continue to shop at food bazaar and I can’t use my points I accumulated because your app is messing up.

I’ve been using FoodBazaar for over a year and last week I tried to redeem my accrued points and I was not allowed to because of it. I was instructed to sign out and sign back in but that didn’t fix the issue. I deleted FoodBazaar and reinstalled it and it still didn’t fix the issue. I have over $75 worth of points to redeem and I am unable to because FoodBazaar is glitchy smh

This is a very helpful app. The only thing that I would ask for is the ability to include my account barcode in the iPhone wallet. It’d make it even more convenient.

I just read a review about needing better customer services in FoodBazaar. Will do work on it! Don't be too disappointed! Please do understand that we are always doing our best and your patience will improve us much more positively. FoodBazaar is great! Good good! Interesting and 5-star-rating from me for the effort and my expectation of it's improvement towards the future.

As far as I am concerned, FoodBazaar works perfectly. You make purchase, scan your barcode, then you will get points. The points that you can actually use at the register without separately going to the customer service for redeem check or anything. Very straight forward and hassle free. That's what FoodBazaar should be in this busy life.

I find FoodBazaar very useful it’s a flyer from the supermarket and it tells you everything that’s on sale. What more do you need. You can also download FoodBazaar to your telephone and every time you make a purchase they will scan it and you get points when you get a certain amount of the points you get $100 worth of free groceries what’s better than that?

I used my points to get a $20 dollars certificate like 6 months a go after that FoodBazaar restarted my points not to 0 points it restarted them to -100,000 so after that every time I’m using FoodBazaar it shows and error and no points so disappointed fix it !!!!

I have been using FoodBazaar for almost a year but after the new update I cannot use some of the features even though I accepted the new terms. Please fix this discrepancy because FoodBazaar has turn useless .

Went to update FoodBazaar and all my points that I’ve accumulated for months were mysteriously gone. There’s no FAQ section or help to find out what happened.
