Download FleetioGo that my employer wants to use. Open app. No new user option so I select forgot password. Next window I click in the box to type keypad comes up I enter email and I have no way to get rid of keypad or scroll down to the button to submit. I go to FleetioGo and look for help, chat don’t work and options are for the desk Hokies that want to micro manage the employees.
FleetioGo has its own idea of what I should say. I gave a low score because yesterday it was unable to accept my signature. FleetioGo is also stuck in label mode a lot. I don’t see your app making the cut. Whenever someone decides to improve on this type of app and hire someone no matter what their age is will be successful.
Forced to use FleetioGo for several months now. The people running the program clearly don’t know anything about what they’re doing.
For example:
no matter how many times you inspect the same vehicle old issues keep reappearing and you have to confirm the resolution every single time.
As.a former IT professional, I know exactly what they’re doing wrong, and it amazes me that they keep doing the same stupid mistakes over and over. If I wasn’t forced to use this application, I would never use it again.
This is by far the worst pre-trip app I’ve ever used. It’s extremely time consuming and difficult to use. Doesn’t work if you don’t have cell service too. The stupid app doesn’t even work right, if you’re looking in the instructions during a pre/post trip, most of the screens are blacked out or blank. Anyone paying for this piece of junk app needs to be fired. Big road is beats FleetioGo hands down. Whoever designed FleetioGo probably never drove truck before too. Worst app ever.
FleetioGo turns off all the time and you have to restart it many pictures I could taken one so you can see the truck to make sure there is no damage but you have to take two photos of each point side and the front and back of the vehicle before you can submit it
Fleetio desktop is a great product, but FleetioGo needs work. My biggest complaint is that the inspections frequently close mid-inspection without saving progress. So I have to start over…sometimes multiple times for one inspection. The end result is that I often have to enter the data for an inspection after I have actually completed the process. The result is not only a lot of wasted time, but the report indicates that I completed my inspection in 15 seconds, which implies that the data is falsified.
Also, there is no access to work orders through FleetioGo . Id like to be able to add and edit work orders through FleetioGo .
Dark Mode. Please.
Our drivers use tablets that connect to Wi-Fi in the vehicle and the tablets flip to cellular network outside the vehicle. The network flips cause inspection’s to reset. It will be very helpful to make sure a started inspection can persist through these network switches.
FleetioGo is pretty decent, however, currently it only allows photos that are taken in real time and does not have a way to upload saved photos or videos. That would be extremely beneficial for communicating and sharing information.
I’ve never had this problem before with FleetioGo but today when I go to take pictures of my vehicle, I take a picture and then FleetioGo closes. I’m not sure what is going on, but I wasn’t able to take but two pictures of my truck.

Just a beginner so have only used program a few times. Seems like a good program as I get better at it.
Great product! We just started our second year and Fleetio is wide spread in all our departments. I would recommend it to everyone - 5 stars!!!
My company uses it and it works pretty good. It’s very functional. I will say that I would like to see dark mode added to one of the updates that would be very helpful.
I’m a software geek. I normally hate software Fleetio allows me to do everything I need to and a little bit more and it’s very easy. My maintenance manager and I are having trouble believing how good it is.

The pages don’t work correctly now and you mark something and it doesn’t get marked or skips several pages so you have to select each page in the list and mark it and do this repeatedly because it’s all buggy and is terrible
Very user friendly and easy to follow. Makes drivers issues make there way to me without the hassle of paperwork. Would highly recommend this software if you’re looking for an alternative to paper
Like anything new it takes time to adjust. Now that we have the software in place I wish we had something like this 10 years ago.
This is a great way for the company to know if I have any issues. Also helps with the billing, so I heard not on that side of the spectrum . That is good so everyone is happy even the ones that are in the offices doing all the important things.
Overall it’s a great way for me to check in and show my company I’m taking care of the company car.
Only odd thing is the order of taking pics of the wheels is wonky. Other than that it flows well.
Every function works as it is supposed to. Great addition to our team.
