CitizensBankofWV great when it works but now about 1 month after installing CitizensBankofWV goes to the citizens splash screen and soft locks you then hAve to go to home then reopen to find that it doesn’t fix the problem now instead of easily checking my account through CitizensBankofWV I have to go into the internet and check it that way
Do not like the new upgrade! My app hardly works now and seriously do not like anything about the new upgrade! Can not name any of my accounts or bill accounts! Hate it! You really need to fix this junky version!!! My app will never open!!! Only shows blue screen
Worked fine before the big upgrade now I have to go through the website to access CitizensBankofWV ...not to mention transferring money from one account to the other is no simply task! Horrible app!
