Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Hubble Connect app issues:

Force Stop the Hubble Connect App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Hubble Connect app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Hubble Connect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hubble Connect App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Hubble Connect app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Hubble Connect.

Fix Hubble Connect unable to contact server/ Hubble Connect internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Hubble Connect » "Force Stop".

Again, got Hubble Connect » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
