How to fix Hubble Connect app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hubble Connect app on iPhone
Update Hubble Connect app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hubble Connect iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hubble Connect on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hubble Connect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hubble Connect Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hubble Connect not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hubble Connect App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hubble Connect » click [Force Stop]

Update Hubble Connect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hubble Connect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hubble Connect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hubble Connect.

Fix Hubble Connect unable to contact server/ Hubble Connect internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hubble Connect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hubble Connect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hubble Connect
