APP NOT WORKING. SHOWS NASHVILLE BRIDGE, HIT CONTINUE, GOEs BACK TO HOME PAGE

The app crashes immediately upon access to it. I get a message that I'm not connected to a data service but I definitely am connected to a data service and I also have full Wi-Fi access. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. No change.
