I’m very grateful that as Memorial employees we have the opportunity to utilize MemorialDocNow. My family and I have used MemorialDocNow on several occasions and the providers have been very helpful and educated about what illnesses have been lerking in the community. I’ve used this in the middle of the night as well. Thank you Memorial and the doctors available in MemorialDocNow !

I’m thankful to Memorial especially in this time of COVID. I needed to see a doctor but would have had to to to urgent care for something minor. I was able to see a physician and have my problem taken cate of without leaving the house and my prescription will be e scribed to my pharmacy. Thank you

I highly recommend using MemorialDocNow to see a doctor. You don’t have to wait in the doctors office or go to the ER and the doctors are knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely use this again! I don’t ever want to have to go into a doctors office or ER again after using MemorialDocNow!!

I had a very good experience with MemorialDoc. Dr. Kallikadan listened to me very intently and gave me excellent professional advice. She didn’t think I had the coronavirus and said I should just self isolate and try not to stress out about it. MemorialDocNow is very intuitive and very well organized. She put my mind at ease.

This is my second time using MemorialDocNow. I must say... what a great service this is. My wait time was minimal and the doctors on both occasions were professional and was able to speak with me at length regarding to my call. Awesome service. Thank you Memorial ❤️

Having an asthma attack and of course trying to make an appointment wasn’t possible because all the drs were booked. Downloaded MemorialDocNow and I was helped in minutes. Great for emergencies. Definitely changes the game

Dr Laposky is an excellent professional who understood my need and connected with me personally. He send the medication I needed right away. I’m so excited about this telehealth service and will continue to utilize this convenient way of getting care. Thank you Dr Laposky.

Took several minutes for call to answer but otherwise was quick beat traveling to urgent care.

I used MemorialDocNow for the first Time. The visit was good but I couldn’t find anything for the aftercare and no note for my return to work. Unable to schedule my primary and I still don’t know how to proceed.
I called the number and they were supposed to help me get The return. To work note. Today I can not reach by phone

Since I didn’t have an insurance I got bounced and waited from 1 doctor to another 3 consecutive times. Had me waited atleast 25 mins for each doctor. And keeps showing there is 6,5,4,3,2,1 patients before me and when it was my turn it takes me back to the first initial page with questionnaire. Very upset and sad. And over here I have been coughing bad non stop! All I needed was to get myself is check for a cough smh !

Obsessed with MemorialDocNow! Used it a few times to FaceTime my doctor for an emergency and also just to ask a question and it worked !!

As a Memorial I really love that. Even when traveling out of the state I was able to be treated. I’m grateful and definitely recommend it.

This Update stoped MemorialDocNow from being compatible 10.3.3. A massive shame you allow this, thiers is a huge population of accounts that are unable to access thier account now. Many older devices are unable to use MemorialDocNow from now on, shame on you

I've used it twice,when it wasn't possible to see a doctor and when out of town. Great app.

I enjoyed my visit to n the convenience of my home. It was quick and efficient. No wait time. Dr. Arrington was very caring and congenial.

I appreciate the convenience of having a physician so really available to help with treating my symptoms.

I tried to get MemorialDocNow to work a few times. Sadly it never worked. It's a wonderful idea though.
