Choose any other weight loss app. This one is the worst, seriously

My insurance company recently required enrollment in an online weight loss program for 6 months to be considered for eligibility for GLP-1 agonists. I had 5 options and decided on this one because it seemed more convenient in that they provide a scale and eventually a fit bit. It took literally over a month and a half to successfully join the program because of glitches on their end requiring emails to multiple departments. Once joined, I realize that nothing is all that automatic or simple. In order to add a weight with the scale you need the Fitbit app and must open and add the weight there and then transfer it to the transform app. Activity is only Fitbit based but since we don’t have one in the beginning everything must me manually entered. If you use apple products nothing is compatible and use is not user friendly. Only convenience is that you can take photos of your meals, but then there is no data or calorie calculations for each day. Save yourself frustration during your weight loss journey and try any of the other programs offered.

Unusable

I am able to log in and use the Virgin Pulse app, but when I enter my email to use VP Transform, I get an error message. Getting a real human being to help solve problems is nearly impossible. It’s awful!

App does not work

App won’t even load on my iPhone.

I sign into Trans and all I get is a picture. It does absolutely nothing.

Logged in to Trans and all I see is a white blank screen.

Bad. Just bad.

App will not open and link for support doesn't work, either.

What a rock

Like others, I cannot truly access Trans . The login widths and then it sits on a rock. It makes the programs unusable

I cannot even get past the log in.

Can’t launch the app

Trans won’t launch on my iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 17.

When I log into my account the screen transitions to a background. The rest of Trans never loads.

No support !!!!

I can’t deal with this.

Many many issues

Between only selectively syncing with my Fitbit app, redirecting me in a circle every other time I log in, and randomly deleting some messages, Trans is deeply flawed. It really seems like no one actually every fixes the bugs. I also hate consuming so much content on such a tiny screen.

I can’t get past the rock

Trans never loads past the welcome/login screen, at least I assume that’s what the screen is but there are never any words or anything to indicate functionality. I am supposed to use Trans for an employee sponsored health program and all I see is a rock 😭

Bad program

This is a bad app. It’s basic, difficult to use, hard to understand, frustrating. It doesn’t work properly.
The photo portion doesn’t work unless you give it permission to all your photos. It needs to be totally reworked

It won’t even open

Tried downloading Trans twice and both times it wouldn’t even load a function page just a screen saver page. Cannot access or open anything! Horrible app

Discouraging

Day one - finding my way around
Day two - won’t load past the picture. Can’t use.
Day three - still can’t get past the picture. I tried deleting and reinstalling app, but it didn’t help. It’s turned my motivation into discouragement. Still can’t use.

Can’t access the app

I joined today. Downloaded Trans , and it’s stuck on the rock photo. I can’t access anything. I wished I read these reviews about Trans before I signed up through my insurance. I will be contacting my insurance to cancel this program and try another that’s offered.

Something is wrong

Trans won’t even start. I put my credentials in and stops working. I really need this to work as I signed up through my insurance and now I can’t even switch to a different app/vendor. It’s extremely frustrating and annoying. And I’m losing out on time. Please fix this!

It’s terrible

It routinely disconnects from Fitbit. I re-enter my credentials and get a ‘success’ message screen—and then an ‘uh ho, please connect your health tools.’ Trans is quirky and unreliable and I am almost to the point of leaving the program because I can track and be healthy without the frustration of having the tracking app failing on a regular basis.

Suboptimal

One of the core pieces of the program is tracking activity, ostensibly by Fitbit. However, I find that 90% of the time I have to manually enter it.

Glitchy

So I very much like the simplicity of Trans but I am finding i have all sorts of issues with it actually working. For starters my back button only works about 1/4 of the time. Trans says this was fixed in the last update but I just got Trans and the problem persusts.

I can only look back one day on my food logs which makes them pretty useless for any kind of reviewing. All the dates are listed but show no entries and nothing happens when i click on the date which i thought might reveal my info.

There also is nowhere in Trans that i can see logged activities. Wherever i access them i am only given the opportunity to add something new and then it disappears from my app forever.

My health coach can see them and they register towards my total time. My health coach can also see past days of food logs so i will continue logging, but if these flaws persist, Trans is pretty useless for personal tracking.

My health coach suggested it might be a wifi problem or a syncing issue. Im using a new iphone 11 pro and have good wifi and cell service. Ive tried deleting Trans and reloading it.

If it worked as i think it should i’d give it at least 4 stars, for now im being very generous at 2. If tech support has any suggestions on what’s happening i’d live to hear them.
