How to fix HotNewHipHop app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HotNewHipHop app on iPhone
Update HotNewHipHop app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HotNewHipHop iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HotNewHipHop on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HotNewHipHop network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix HotNewHipHop not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HotNewHipHop App
1. On android, goto Settings » HotNewHipHop » click [Force Stop]

Update HotNewHipHop to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HotNewHipHop App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HotNewHipHop » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HotNewHipHop.

Fix HotNewHipHop unable to contact server/ HotNewHipHop internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HotNewHipHop » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HotNewHipHop » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HotNewHipHop
