The app is not updating the podcasts I'm following. Last update was two weeks or more ago.

Resume button not working. I need to go through the whole 1500 episode manually to find the episode I was listening last time, it was so frustrating. Any way I can find the episode eg No 1500 without go through from No 1 to No 1499? Thanks

How to fix Himalaya app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Himalaya app on iPhone
Update Himalaya app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Himalaya iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Himalaya on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Himalaya network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Himalaya Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Himalaya not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Himalaya App
1. On android, goto Settings » Himalaya » click [Force Stop]

Update Himalaya to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Himalaya App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Himalaya » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Himalaya.

Fix Himalaya unable to contact server/ Himalaya internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Himalaya » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Himalaya » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Himalaya
