Useless with corporate SSO

I was able to see the corporate trainings after logging in with the single sign-on, but that ends there. After clicking any specific training it would bring me out to browse session that requires changing of password, and I don’t understand why the flow would work like that!? I was expecting it to go straight to the training and not redirected anywhere else.
The whole point of the single sign-on was to eliminate more credential entering and this app is doing the exact opposite.

Won’t even load up anymore

The app doesn’t even load up anymore on my iPhone 13 pro. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it but it’s still doing the same thing. It started happening a few weeks ago so I’ve had it deleted for several weeks, but I needed to take a training on there today for work so I reinstalled it hoping that the bug had been fixed. Nope, it still gets stuck on the opening screen with the Degreed glasses emblem.

Why on earth would I trust ANYONE at this company with training or teaching me to do anything when they can’t even design a simple website and app. On the landing page, there’s no way to even have your User Name sent to you if you’ve forgotten it.

Now I know, though, why the idiots in my Employer’s HR Department picked this Supplier for training needs: Garbage in - Garbage out.
