There is no password recovery mechanism from the web application. The mobile app has one, which sends an mail to the registered email id which asks the user tap on the text after which nothing happens! It is frustrating and not a good sign to somebody who is starting off

I was able to see the corporate trainings after logging in with the single sign-on, but that ends there. After clicking any specific training it would bring me out to browse session that requires changing of password, and I don’t understand why the flow would work like that!? I was expecting it to go straight to the training and not redirected anywhere else.
The whole point of the single sign-on was to eliminate more credential entering and Degreed is doing the exact opposite.

Degreed doesn’t even load up anymore on my iPhone 13 pro. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it but it’s still doing the same thing. It started happening a few weeks ago so I’ve had it deleted for several weeks, but I needed to take a training on there today for work so I reinstalled it hoping that the bug had been fixed. Nope, it still gets stuck on the opening screen with the this app glasses emblem.

No training videos in Degreed work. Loads indefinitely with message “ Your browser does not allow authentication on an embedded page. Please use the button below to launch a new window“ which also doesn’t work.

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and all I get is a white screen with their logo. Deleted and downloaded again but got the same issue. I can’t find any customer service contact on their website.

My company is a client. I can log in via web (sso from my company PC or password via mobile Chrome on a personal device). However, when trying to log in via Degreed with password, it goes to a blank screen titled "Authorize" and nothing happens thereafter.

Why on earth would I trust ANYONE at this company with training or teaching me to do anything when they can’t even design a simple website and app. On the landing page, there’s no way to even have your User Name sent to you if you’ve forgotten it.

Now I know, though, why the idiots in my Employer’s HR Department picked this Supplier for training needs: Garbage in - Garbage out.

Love the updated interface however I can no longer add any learning to my profile while I’m in Degreed and I can no longer click “share” and see Degreed as an option. Only thing Degreed is good for now is locating company assignments and other resources…. But majority of learning isn’t provided by the company.

The web version is superior. Degreed has noticeable latency when using the search feature. It is not easy to navigate.

Not quite sure what is going on. I launch Degreed on the iPad Pro (12") and the "cards" for the featured courses on the main page overlap each other by about 1/3. Rotating the device 90degrees and back (in either orientation does not seem to help.

Degreed only pulls up my selected and saved articles for the day. It doesn't let me search for new topics or view my profile. The features of the site need to be implemented into Degreed.

How do I register an article or content from my phone browser as the extension is desktop based?

There isn't a better platform or app to capture the things we learn daily.

I use Degreed all the time to read and save items I want to learn from all kinds of sources where ever I'm at. Works well with my online this app profile.

Siri Shortcuts and Shortcuts integration would help add items to my list much easier - Podcast, News articles, Audible, etc

I discovered this app through an ad on Pocket, and it seemed so useful that I linked it to my Pocket account immediately. It is an excellent service, and I like that I can still do all my reading in Pocket. I'm still learning the nuts and bolts of the site, but as an avid reader, it's great to have insight on everything I consume. And, I love being able to specify which topics I want to focus on.

When I created my account, I added several business subjects to my list of interests. (The signup process makes this service appear to be oriented toward businesspeople, but I've found it to work for everything so far.) Even with a topic as specific and divisive as "white privilege", I immediately received links to relevant, high-quality articles, rather than to myopic blog posts and angry radio host rants. And, as the program learns my interests, the articles are becoming even more useful.

I initially elected to receive daily reading suggestions through Slack. Now that I know about Degreed, I prefer to instantly review and save new items in-app. And, more importantly, I can save an article from Safari directly to this app, without having to first add it to Pocket. That function alone makes this a must-have.

When I installed Degreed, I had already set up an account at the this app site. So I can't speak to the account setup experience. But as an existing user, Degreed is a great add-on, and makes this app a far more convenient service.

I do a ton of reading on my phone, so glad I can finally push that into my this app profile.

Great work this app team. The Beta version does what it claims to do well and it makes tracking learning much easier on my phone. Can't wait till the release of the full version!

I've been using this app for a while now, and it's amazing to have a product where I can get credit for courses and save articles for later. I'm always on the go, so Degreed is a great way to focus on what I'm learning through my feed.
