1. Your new logo looks budget and you could of (read ‘should of’) let your customers know before you changed it.
2. All of a sudden references are no longer valid while they worked before the new app, what for?
3. Look at FNB app and up your game.. give me easy access to savings, investments, new products, etc
4. Really disappointed (not app specific) that Absa charges 20% interest on credit cards while giving 0.20% (yes 0.2%) on positive accounts.. using clients money to make 19.8% returns seems a bit selfish...
5. Also wish Absa would work ‘together’ with clients to say ‘hey, you got some cash, if you do x, y and z it can be more beneficial’.. ‘hey you’re spending 200 a month on an account but if you go pay as you use you would average 150 a month’, that sort of jazz.. with the amount of money you charge monthly you could really provide some insight as financial geniuses
