Absa Banking Erfahrungen und Bewertung

Because I don’t want to update my iPhone X software the app will not allow me to verify / accept the request to link my phone. I’ve used the same phone for 4 year. It’s not the first time that I’ve had trouble with this app. Each time it is ‚improved‘ it’s the same story. At the Point of closing my account and moving money elsewhere as if I update the software I may have trouble with other banking or apps and we know that in the past Apple were accused of making phones run slower with software updates. VERY BAD DEVELOPMENT TEAM ABSA. I’ve wasted an hour on the phone with you technical team to no avail….. VERY UNHAPPY !

This should be a banking app.

Sending me ads or trying to sell me via push notifications is a bug no no for a banking app. Can’t just turn them off as it will compromise the security on my account…

Very poor ABSA.

Please make the app universal again.
It doesn't look very good in portrait mode and scaled up. The old app was better in this respect.
New version is better with fingerprint login and looking nice with the background images.
