Summary of Leap Day Problems 🔥

- Every 5 deaths I have to sit thru a 30 sec ad not only that but it has the little cutscene before and after the ad.

- There is a bug that if you land on the direct top on a launch pad it kills you.

- After completing 2 weeks worth of levels I began seeing repeats of content.

- The new updates (green tubes, bombs, and annoying things on the sides) have made it so difficult to even pass a level, let alone a whole day.

- It also every so often, when I try to double jump it just doesn’t jump twice, my character just falls.

- Sometimes when I land on top of an enemy it kills it.

- It gets kind of unplayable when you beat a really hard part and the game crashes.

- There is an issue trying to look at levels from one year over another which allows for limited level access with the coming of 2018.

Leap day keeps crashing. Everytime ONEUI gets an update it gets fixed, and then a few weeks pass and the problem starts again. I've deleted the game and rebooted the phone and the issue keeps happening.

How to fix Leap Day app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Leap Day app on iPhone
Update Leap Day app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Leap Day iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Leap Day on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Leap Day network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Leap Day Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Leap Day not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Leap Day App
1. On android, goto Settings » Leap Day » click [Force Stop]

Update Leap Day to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Leap Day App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Leap Day » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Leap Day.

Fix Leap Day unable to contact server/ Leap Day internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Leap Day » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Leap Day » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
