2 orders first one not delivered and apologized after occasion time by email !!!

The flowers were delivered almost midnight. I try to cancel because they are too late, they refused and didn’t even bother to apologize. JoiGifts is the worst for customer ease. Just avoid them and use other flowers app which are better than them.
I ordered two days ahead and now a whole day beyond the arranged day and the person did not receive the gift.
The concept of JoiGifts is brilliant but the execution is horrible. The staff assembling the gifts are incompetent, and liars. I ordered a package for a birthday surprise, the package was sent incomplete, despite the fact that I had sent them multiple reminders. Very disappointing. Never again!
Pathetic service. I ordered eid gift for my brother which was supposed to be deliver on May 1, 2022 between 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and now it’s 1:00 am and the order has not delivered yet. If they can’t handle orders, they should not take them at first.
This was my first and last bad experience with them.
Dont bother to buy anything from them and specially cakes, when i order a specific cake 24 hrs a head of time and then i get a call that this cake is “ out of stock” today at the time of the delivery isn’t acceptable and shows how poor the management and the logistics. Thank you for ruining my moms birthday
I ordered flowers and cookie to be sent to our manager and it was mentioned it will he delivered at 1pm, well they didn’t deliver it till 4pm. I wasn’t happy with this service at all. Would I use them again? I am not sure.
Same-day delivery is the feature That matters when you remember you have to buy a gift before you go to a friend's birthday🤷🏻♀️
