The flowers were delivered almost midnight. I try to cancel because they are too late, they refused and didn’t even bother to apologize. The app is the worst for customer ease. Just avoid them and use other flowers app which are better than them.

Dont bother to buy anything from them and specially cakes, when i order a specific cake 24 hrs a head of time and then i get a call that this cake is “ out of stock” today at the time of the delivery isn’t acceptable and shows how poor the management and the logistics. Thank you for ruining my moms birthday

Pathetic service. I ordered eid gift for my brother which was supposed to be deliver on May 1, 2022 between 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and now it’s 1:00 am and the order has not delivered yet. If they can’t handle orders, they should not take them at first.
This was my first and last bad experience with them.
