Very unreliable and not user friendly

I am required to use OneDay in my industry and company. Years ago it worked well! Still has the potential to be good but is impossible to use. App works until it’s a time to actually load and send a video, takes almost 15 minutes to try and always fails due to an “unknown error”. I’ve been in communication with the support team but with no progress for weeks. Can upload a video on the website version but it again takes hours to upload and it doesn’t have the same settings, themes, etc. so videos are not up to standard.

I got OneDay a long time ago. I had it on my iPod 4 (yes that old)
I realized I didn’t have it on my current device so I decided to redownload it. For some reason it now asks for your email and password, something that I don’t remember doing in the past. I tried putting in everything possible that could let me “log in” into OneDay but nothing worked. Tried contacting OneDay developers through the email provided but I never got an answer.
I paid for OneDay and now I can’t use it. Basically I got my money stolen

New update to 4.0 has caused nothing but issues, there were issues before with videos stuck on “composing” for hours or sometimes days but now OneDay continually crashes and does not save the content you’re in the middle of creating. There are also fewer choices of interview topics. I am required to make several videos weekly for work and am unable to complete because of constant failure of OneDay.

I’ve tried all the trouble shooting that the engineers have told me but still have the same issues. Like to upload pre-recorded videos because I can edit beforehand. Despite all the formats of the videos and lengths being similar, only some videos will upload regardless of how many times I try. Makes what should be a 2 minute process turn into a 2 hour process and it’s ridiculous.

I experienced the same problem as others in that when you download OneDay there is no way to actually sign up for an account. You have to get in touch with the sales team in order to get set up. I told them that’s not really how Apps work. I finally got in touch with someone and I’m still not signed up. They said they would contact me tomorrow. Not exactly hungry for clients.

Downloaded this a few years ago, kids made videos interviewing each other. Went to go watch some and they are all gone. Customer support said videos must not have transferred over when app was updated.

The 4.0 update has made OneDay basically useless! It’s extremely not user friendly. It took me 45 minutes to send a video because of freezing, crashing and extremely long “processing” time. Awful! Awful! Awful!

Latest update crashes. Does not save videos, difficult to navigate. Unable to upload anything. Have contacted the company several times with no response. Unable to complete my job because of this.

I have downloaded OneDay and I can’t even set up account. I have sent emails and no one has responded. How can I set up account so that I able to use OneDay? It takes me straight to a sign in page and I have never set a password, etc... so no luck.

OneDay keeps crashing. I can’t update the thumbnail of the videos. It’s stuck on “composing” before timing out and crashing. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I wouldn’t recommend OneDay

Open app and asks for email and password which of course do not work because there is no place to sign ip for an account

I am on the current version of 4.7. Honestly I have not taken video through OneDay itself but on my iPhone. Then I upload it to this app. Since I have many families to send my activity events, once it uploads I use “share anywhere” and send it to my work email. After that I share via email since I have my family members emails saved as a group. No crashing at this point……

I work in senior living and OneDay is a total game changer!
