Close and restart the INCITE app on iPhone
Update INCITE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall INCITE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix INCITE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve INCITE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix INCITE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent INCITE app issues:

Force Stop the INCITE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click INCITE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update INCITE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear INCITE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "INCITE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch INCITE.

Fix INCITE unable to contact server/ INCITE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click INCITE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got INCITE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch INCITE on android.
