Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FoodNinja app issues:

Force Stop the FoodNinja App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FoodNinja app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FoodNinja to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FoodNinja App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FoodNinja app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FoodNinja.

Fix FoodNinja unable to contact server/ FoodNinja internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FoodNinja » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FoodNinja » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
