Messages And Photos Not Be Posted On Live Cam Screen They Gi To Hall Of Fame ?

After opening a city etc. to view live cam, after a few minutes it closes with no visible picture etc. This has never happened. I have been viewing EarthCam daily and they have always stayed open until I close? Thanks

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EarthCam app issues:

Force Stop the EarthCam App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EarthCam app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EarthCam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EarthCam App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EarthCam app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EarthCam.

Fix EarthCam unable to contact server/ EarthCam internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click EarthCam » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got EarthCam » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
