The classes seem fine but in the week that I’ve been trying to use the app on my phone, I’ve been able to watch only ONE video all the way through. Very glitchy! The video stops play but the sound continues. I have great WiFi coverage and have NO issues watching videos in any other app. Tried to download a video and even that had problems. So I’m done.

With this new update and “redesign”, I cannot get the videos to play. I can only preview them and add them to my favorites. Before I updated it, it was all working fine. Ow I can’t do anything. Very disappointed as I had to change my workout, and I was looking forward to working out to exhaustion with instructors motivating me.

Not sure what is going on today. I can preview any class but the option to start and play is gone on both my iPad and iPhone. I’ve closed the ap, deleted and re-added, and rebooted my devices. Help
