I’ve been using FUSIAN to order ahead at this app for years now. FUSIAN was easy to use and clear. The latest update is anything but and you can no longer pay trough FUSIAN in-store.

Try as I might, I’ve not been able to submit an order through FUSIAN in months. I keep getting an error “special instructions limited to 128” but I’ve not written any and it won’t let me get past that error message. Profoundly frustrating.

The new app only allows you to use one credit card with your rewards. This was automatically linked to one of my credit cards; I can’t access the back end to switch it to a different credit card which I actually use more often. Users should have the ability to link the card of their choice to their account. Unfortunately I think I may need to start a new account to fix this issue.

Customer support in FUSIAN points you to the local store for help. This doesn’t seem like an issue they will be able to address.

My credit card expired and there’s no way to change it. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it still had the old card saved.

I don’t get to earn points now because I go into the store to order my food.

The new update has removed the points / rewards system. There are no more status level (silver, gold, etc) and no more benefits for birthdays or special deals. There seems to be no point to FUSIAN anymore, might as well order in the restaurant (since this does not take long at all). Very disappointing and this has definitely made me less likely to be eating at this app going forward.

FUSIAN was never very good but after the last update it became almost unusable. It’s just a bad design. Hard to edit orders, hard to select items, just a mess of expanding tabs. I don’t expect a lot from food ordering apps but it just got so bad lately I had to say something.

It’s 2021 and your app should integrate properly with iOS’s features like Autofill/Touch ID/Face ID/Apple Pay. The fact that it doesn’t is extremely frustrating.

I had to make a password for your app and it’s so poorly coded that it didn’t ask if I wanted to save the password in my keychain or “remember me” like I can do with literally every other app I use, so now I have to hope I remember it or manually add it to my password locker.

More irritating is the fact that your info fields are so poorly coded that Autofill doesn’t respond properly to them. For example, the phone number field made me enter it bc it wasn’t even recognized as a phone number field by iOS, the “first name” field triggered Autofill to do my full name, and the “street address” field pulled my entire address including city and state from Autofill. It does not inspire confidence that your app has this little quality control. Did you test this part at all?

Finally, nowhere on FUSIAN did it mention that my delivery would come through Postmates. If I had known it would be using yet another exploitative delivery service, I would have just used Doordash and saved myself the frustration of wading through setting up an account on FUSIAN.

I love this app, but FUSIAN is very poorly executed. And please, for the love of god, capitalize your words. It’s obnoxious and pretentious to leave it all in small caps. We are adults. Professionalism is ok.

The update has forced us to put our password in again. Link to sign in from app says it can not be opened. Can’t order with credit card as guest because it is associated with the original account.

in general a decent app for orders and deals, but there's no function to cancel an order. in fact, cancelling an order is listed nowhere at all under any faq on either FUSIAN or connected support website. please fix this and give us a way to cancel orders and get our money back

You should be able to change from delivery to pick up without clearing the cart.

Truly appreciate having a “fast food” restaurant where I can get some healthier, out the norm items when I need to grab something on the go. And it doesn’t hurt that they’ll drop you a couple $$ in FUSIAN to come get something. Be just the little pick me up I need on a hard day of momming! Thanks this app!

Easy use, responsive interface

Awesome and great service but I would appreciate a tracking system before DoorDash gets the tracking just to make sure the order went through 🤷‍♀️

I love this app. FUSIAN is easy to use, once you figure out how to order. The tabs for food choices are not immediately obvious. I like that you can choose toppings and that they are allergy friendly!

It’s always made exactly how I like it! And with a fast delivery!

I would appreciate if there was a way to add an order when you don’t pay through FUSIAN . Most of the time I pay in cash at the store, so I would appreciate it if there was a way to scan a receipt afterwards.

Great, much better than ordering on DoorDash, and I’ve saved a lot of money on foods. You don’t Jave to sign up for rewards, it just gives you credit for your account. I order Sushi with my son all the time and this saves so much time.

Very fast ordering process, love the rewards program

This is the best sushi I have ever ate. I live their creative rolls so that even our picky eaters in the family can enjoy trying new foods.
