6 months agoHI. I bought VPN and DNS to be able to watch Danish and Swedish television in Spain, but when I try to watch, the message:" is only available in Denmark or Sweden." What can I do? I had this problem before, and ended my subscription at that time because your help was "of no use". Can anybody help me, or shall I just accept the status and end my subscription again?? Just purchased 2 year plan. Had no problems for the first hour. Tried to add it to my other devices and was unsuccessful. Turned off my iPhone and iPad (which were running fine) to see if there was any issues with them being on at the same time and now I can’t connect at all. It says to check my Internet connection. Still trying but feels like a complete waste of $120.

Not worth it!!
I took a month subscription - VPN connects are slow, I struggled to connect with anything that I need. I am constantly having to swap between the various VPN server regions offered, only to have the same lag issues moments later. Waist of time, waist of money!!! I have subsequently cancelled my subscription.

The worst
After wasting 2 hours on this stupid thing am deleting it. It is the worst VPN I’ve tried. Big problem just logging in and then no connection, doesn’t speak well even for a free trial, you do get what you pay for. Wanted to give a negative star rating but wasn’t an option
