This camera is good but have many problems : - Wifi disconnect after 4 minutes and the apps show " camera offline ", and i can't use the camera again. - In the SD Card if i use " record continue " i can't play the 264 files video format but if i use " recod in motion " i can play the 264 files video fomat.

My previous app no longer supported. Change the updated app and reset the camera. However the cameras can't be added due to the camera is paired with another account. I do not have access on my previous account, how can I unpair the camera to my new app?

Hello. My IPC360 suddenly stopped working on 7/30/2021. Application is not opening. It is loading, loading and after that just black screen. I can not do anything with it. First I thought this is an Internet issue, but after I spoke to friend of mine I realized that it looks like IPC software issue. My friend has the same camera, but he lives in completely different location and he has the same problem today. Would you please let me know if there some kind of software issue( updates or so) and if there anything I could do on my end. Thanks

Disconnects, Freezes, And Terrible App Format

1. The app disconnects from the camera and goes back to the list of available cameras constantly. This happens regardless of WiFi strength of the camera or device using the app. 2. The app will freeze while in camera mode without any obvious signs that it has frozen. the only way to tell if the camera view isn’t frozen is by the little time stamp in the top left corner. 3. The sound feature will randomly turn off without notification. This is an especially big problem when viewing the camera in landscape mode, as the app icons that would alert you to the sound being turned off are hidden from view. 4. The motion notifications don’t actually do anything in the app itself. The app while send you a motion notification when you aren’t in the app, but clicking on the notification will send you to a screen in the app that should show you a screen shot or at least have a log of “motion detected at x time” but I have never seen an actual notification or log on this screen of any kind. It would be better to simply take me to the camera screen when I click on the notification. 5. I said ignore to the free cloud storage upgrade, so stop giving me a pop up about it every time I open the app.

Not pretty stable

I'm using the camera to let my cats come in. My husband and I live in the second floor whereas his family lives in the first. We have 3 cats - 2 family cats and 1 is mine. They don't get along very well, which is why we had to install the camera to prevent from any potential cat fights. Sometimes the app doesn't alert at all when there is a motion detected. I often have to turn it on and off. Not just that, but adjust the notification settings as well. And just this morning, it completely stopped working in terms of notifications. The alert of motion detection would show up in the timeline, but it doesn't record in the alert history. I have both micro SD and cloud service. I'm mainly using the cloud one, and it simply doesn't alert and record. This is so disappointing.

Worked great until last update

When I first got the camera almost a year ago, it was super easy to set up and use. I use the camera to check in on my dog, and I hadn’t had any problems in using it.. up until the last update. I haven’t used it in about a month, and when I went to use it saw there was an update. I updated it, plugged it in, and nothing. It was offline. I tried to reset it, and that didn’t work. I deleted then reinstalled the app, and that didn’t work. I deleted the camera from the app and re-added it, and that didn’t work. Now the camera does not work and is useless. So disappointing. I’m not sure if a new update to fix the bug would work or if I should just scrap the camera entirely.
