Hi I have two of your cameras (ipc 628EP} one camera works fine but the other camera on the time line shows a solid blue bar, it does not show movement marks, also the light does not go on on detection but stays off all the time. I have set it back to factory settings and reset the camera but it makes no difference. Please advise what to do. Mike

Had this app for 1.5 years now. Multiple issues. I purchased a set with 8 cameras and connected them all to the WiFi. There’s no continuous scrolling when looking at the camera history. And it keeps reloading from the beginning every-time I try to scroll to see what happened a couple minutes / seconds later. Within those couple of seconds. Anything can be missed like someone passing by. It gets to be annoying when I’m back from work and find packages missing, and have to view each and every single second of the past 10 hours just so I won’t miss a thing CAUSE THERE IS NO CONTINUOUS SCROLLING. on top of this, throughout the last 1.5 years the app kept logging me out, prevented me from logging in even with the correct login info, as well as giving me the “unable to display” screen when I’m at work. This was especially irritating when I went on vacations and wanted to check my cameras. Save your money and time. You ARE paying for quality and this is exactly like its price. Cheap and useless. Better off paying for a RING or NEST cameras.

Application is nice. However, everything is just super slow and exhausting. Every time I try to switch cameras, they have to load back up and it stays stuck anywhere between 92% - 99% for about 10-20 seconds. It may not seem as much but, it really gets frustrating when you’re trying to view past recordings, as every time you move through the recordings, it needs to load back up. If you're trying to find something on previous records, and do not know the exact time, then you will take hours and hours trying to browse through.

I purchased 3 devices which worked and recorded great for the first 30 days. I signed up for the autopay plan for each and they have been just sucking money from me each month without providing the cloud storage to see events on my devices. If not watching live they are worthless and company does not offer refund or compensation for services owed. Horrible customer care setup.
