Come on heritage bank. You’ve changed your call in process and now when you call you don’t get someone at the local location. Now you’ve switched your app and most of the time it doesn’t even boot up. When you finally get a log in screen you’re lucky if you can get it. This is ridiculous. You’re just about to lose our business entirely.

Cannot even open myHeritageBank with my simple Apple XS phone. Won’t even let me get to the sign in page. Just see that stupid sailboat. Removed myHeritageBank and downloaded myHeritageBank and it worked for... one week! Not willing to remove app and reload again. There are other banks and in today’s world, mobile banking is not cutting edge. It is bare minimum. Can’t believe it is just me.

I’ve tried to deposit numerous checks that were rejected because “they may have been deposited before,” although they had not been deposited before. Went to my chase app and deposited the checks...

Well myHeritageBank used to work fine before this bank changed their user interface. The user interface online is worse than it was before. But now their app won’t open at all on my iPhone.

When you open myHeritageBank , it never even brings up the login screen. Just an eternal loading wheel. Have to check my account through safari, which is ridiculous 🙄

myHeritageBank is terrible and has so many glitches. I keep having to delete myHeritageBank and redownload it to get it to work. I don’t have problems with any other app on my phone. Not user friendly either.

I have to delete and reinstall every month just for it to work. Now that don’t even work. I’d change banks but that’s just a pain changing everything.

Getting to login screen takes forever when myHeritageBank loads and often can’t even get to the sign in page

I have the latest app version on the latest iOS and I can’t even get past the loading screen. The spinner just spins forever. Totally unusable. We need a new version immediately.

myHeritageBank no longer opens on my phone. If I could give zero stars, I would!

myHeritageBank doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that your larger bank apps have, which is perfect for me. Check balances, transfer money, contact your bank. It’s secure and has facial recognition. To me it has everything you would ever need in a banking app.
