We request a refund for the seats we reserved through FlightHub and did not receive. We have waited 4 months for a refund and it has not appeared on our credit card. Our adult children travelling with us did not receive their reserved seat together either. Do I need to contact the Better Business Bureau?
I can not find my booking for Thursday that I thought I booked
I cannot seem to get to a live agent. The bot has me wait in a queue, even tells me to go on with my day, that they will ping me. Then the conversation is closed. I’ve been waiting all day. All my return flights were cancelled by the airline. Flighthub sent a request to the airline. It was declined. A 2nd request was sent. No response a week later. So Flighthub sent a reminder and no response again a week later. Today with Flighthub chat, I just wait. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for over a month.
I want to talk to salesmen about my tickets.

I have a health condition that requires I sit in the front of the plane with extra room - so I have to purchase first class, but I want to find the least expensive option. I tried to search for a first class ticket REPEATEDLY! which IS an option they SUPPOSEDLY offer! But EVERY single search result was filled with economy flights. So, it was impossible to find the least expensive first class ticket. Then when I tried to “filter” the results I found there wasn’t an option to filter for first class ONLY to list it at the beginning of the search - which OBVIOUSLY does NO good!
The search function in this app is worthless! Save yourself time and choose one of the MANY other travel app options!

I booked a flight for a friend. Within 15 minutes dates changed but I could not modify my dates. I booked a 2nd flight figuring it was within 24 hours I’d just cancel the first. Yeah...no. The site would not let me cancel. I spend 30 minutes on hold to be told I had to call flight hub. Why the hell is just flys number on flight hubs site. I call flight hub to get the exact same menu option and stale hold music but for a hour this time. $75 to cancel. I have to pay this before getting credited. Cannot take it out of my credit. No thanks. Never again. Enjoy the $75 it’ll be the last.

Charges cancellation fees almost $150 even though you have insurance. Are you kidding me? Whats the point of having an insurance? Such a terrible experience.
Need to get the refund or cancel the flight and they say the airline has taken control of the flight and that need to talk to the airline. I call airline and they say i need to talk to flight hub my travel agent. Are you kidding me?
Why do i have to go back and forth if i buy a ticket with you guys? This was my first time doing business with flight hub and indeed will be the last time.
Thoroughly Disappointed!!!
