TravelBank Expenses and Travel Reviews

I snapped a receipt. It then immediately pops up asking for the receipt details. What? I tried to skip because I saw a review response that says you just need to save the pic and then everything auto populates. False. I could not move forward without pulling the receipt back out of the trash and entering the details for TravelBankExpensesandTravel . I tried to enter the event the expense is chargeable to, but only general is an option. I can’t even create and tag the actual event this expense should be tied to... pointless.

TravelBankExpensesandTravel as good potential but they need to make it more efficient.
I connected it to my credit cards and I can link my charges to receipt either via a photo or connect to an email.
BUT, it doesn’t import past/open transactions so if you installed TravelBankExpensesandTravel mid trip (like I did) you have only partial expanses although they are still open in my card.
It looks as the have good prices on flights, I wanted to check my next flight but then TravelBankExpensesandTravel stopped working.
I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it just stuck.
If they get it running I will try it again.

Created expense report and submitted - noticed that the date changed on the expense - tried to go in and change - no can do. Then deleted and created new - it somehow reverted back to date of the deleted one????

I was able to sign up with a gmail account, so it appears the exclusivity of needing a corporate email has passed. Just wanted to throw that out there for others looking to use TravelBankExpensesandTravel for their personal expense tracking! I've yet to otherwise put TravelBankExpensesandTravel into play.

Good app with a clean interface. When clicking on the menu to change to a different screen (especially reports) sometimes it does not react well. Also there is no way to undo finalizing a report unfortunately.

So far a great app. Would love to see TravelBankExpensesandTravel be able to enter starting and ending mileage.

I Love TravelBank! I just booked my trip easily in minutes! I am a new user and can’t wait to use the expense feature for business travel.

currently using TravelBank to submit expense reports each month, super easy to capture receipts and generally speeds up my expense process a great deal. also booked a few flights via their live agents, who gave advice on travel times and helped me rebook a delayed flight. I’d recommend trying it out, it's free to use and can save you a lot of time if you don’t have a good expense app in place at your company.

I love being able to book flights directly in TravelBankExpensesandTravel ! I use it every time I travel for work now.

Love the modern design. TravelBankExpensesandTravel is pretty fast with slick interactions. Booking a flight is good experience with the animations and additional tags. It also gives the estimated average budget so you know you are not overspending. Love the way how the plane takes off during search, haha.

I also like how it creates the pdf of all my receipts. No copy pasting, just snap a picture of the receipts and it generates the pdf. I also sync my credit cards so I get all the transactions in one place.

Easy to use. Powerful for expense tracking and really the best for flights booking. Up to 300 results per flight search!!! Incredible )) All in one for business travelers!

Flight shopping is clear and simple. My best options are always visible and details are concise. I like the idea of an all-In-one solution for small and growing companies where time and resources are stretched to their limit.

I came across TravelBank recently and decided to give it a try and I must say it makes my life a lot easier. Awesome intuitive to use app, which has absolutely all the features you need. Highly recommended!

The scan receipts feature is easy to find and use. It automatically fills in merchant details from the picture. Feels modern and intuitive compared to some other tools!

Have used it for about two years. Works great. The support team is approachable, which is definitely a plus.

I do want to suggest, please auto populate the exchange rate. When I am in a country, I have to repeatedly enter the conversion factor for every expense. If it can stay their until I change it, that will be better.

I really love how easy TravelBankExpensesandTravel is to use. I take a picture of my receipt then toss it and TravelBank takes care of the rest. You can quickly create a budget with their automation tool (gives you based on the cities and time you select) and find flights that offer you rewards and gift cards for spending less.

No more keeping receipts & filling out expense reports! I love Travel Bank because now when I travel my money goes back into my bank faster! All I do is snap a photo! Traveling is just so much easier!
