When I tried to enter my receipts into the app last week, it said there was an error and travel bank was working on it. Today when I open the app, it opens and then tries to load but never opens. Is the system down?
For nearly a month i have tried to use my travelbank for flights to Japan and back to London via Abu Dhabi for a free stopover. To date i have had no success. My mobile won't let me proceed passed the payment screen and my laptop is the same, error messages etc. I have been talking to numerus people on twitter from your company and they are of no use whatsoever. The price has now risen £250 since i first attempted to book and i'm still no further forward. My TB expires in June but i don't see how i will be given the opportunity to use it as per the agreement. This is borderline fraud. You take our money and then make it impossible to book flights and then the time expires and you keep the money. That is fraud. Please have this issue sorted out before another price hike or i lose my investment altogether due to your processes. Thank you
