Receipt Scanner Expense Report Reviews

I have emailed support team 3 times over sync//backup issues. I get a robo-email reply with a case number on it, but that’s it. No further replies and no help.

Where is the customer support? I have sent countless emails and never get a reply

I keep trying and never an email response to my problem. No way to sync or back up. Got suckered into buying the Business Receipt Tracker thinking that might get the data to sync, backup, or transfer and still no luck or response from iCube Media. Don’t buy this product!! Works fine but you can’t trust not having a backup for your data

I initially wrote a pleasant and positive review the beginning of 2016 when I purchased ReceiptScannerExpenseReport to assist me with my boss, to track his receipts and mileage. Unfortunately, something happened to an update this fall and when I went to enter in my boss's mileage the calendar that it gives you only has lines in the spaces that should show the dates of the month. I was also having problems with exporting my data. The '1st' of the month was not captured when I would export into a CSV file. I contacted support as they had helped me with a question early on in the year and receiving a quick response and helpful result. They again responded back to me promptly, but needed to pass my questions to their software dept. I contacted them again after not hearing back from them after a week asking for their help as my boss was getting impatient and wanted this fixed. I pleaded with them for a patch and I received no further response or assistance. I will be discontinuing using ReceiptScannerExpenseReport for the new year....

Brought ReceiptScannerExpenseReport over a year ago and they told me they would fix the glitches they've done nothing with this program since 2015. No support at ALL.
Found out the hard way during tax time it would not give you a complete report with copies of receipts in your Yearly totals.
Also the reports from this time to this time does not work and It will give you everything whether you wanted or not.
This includes receipts from 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Don't waste your time on this one plenty of other good ones out there.

Seemed to work well for tracking fuel and other expenses. I could add a category, print out a report, and keep a running total on expenses to date. Really needs to be able to keep more than current year by year. The total will be for all years instead of a chosen year. I suppose the printed report would have dates that could be specific. Also I can not use at all now that I upgraded to ios11. Sent an email to developer without response.

I had written a review recommending people not to purchase ReceiptScannerExpenseReport because it had not been updated in over two years and didn't work with iOS 11. ReceiptScannerExpenseReport was recently updated and now you can use it with the latest iOS. It's an useful app and gets the job done of keeping track of all of your receipts. I think the interface could be more polished though. It would be helpful too if the developers let their customers know about upcoming updates.

ReceiptScannerExpenseReport worth more the price. Cloud Backup working great, I just need to set it up for first backup. Overall Receipt Scanner app has been lifechanging for me in terms of record-keeping, an area that I'm not real strong in! It is convenient and simple to use. The only "kink" I've found is that when I tried to use the time tracker, if I choose 12:00 am it would show 0:00 but I get used and understand why. I will have to remember to stop & start the program when going roundtrip somewhere. Otherwise, it is WONDERFUL! I'm not even going to try any of the others. This one works!

I bought ReceiptScannerExpenseReport with a 50% discount and it became a welcome surprise to me because of its huge number of functions. First of all it's an app for tracking all personal and business expenses. It gives you copies of all your receipts, has time and mileage tracker. Receipts can be prganized by profile, data, vendor, payment type etc. The best function: ReceiptScannerExpenseReport exports expenses as high definition PDF file or CSV.

I'm a landscape counselor and Horticulturist. I have to keep track of my business expenses for taxes. I get so fed up with holding onto thousands of receipts, with their terrible ink that gets warped over time, and flimsy paper, etc...And they're so small. It's like people want to lose them. Well, receipt scanner will make IRS approved digital copies if all receipts so that you can relax a bit. A digitized receipt is not going to get lost, is easily categorized and stored; its ink will not wear off, and it won't get crumbled up. To make your life easier, ReceiptScannerExpenseReport manage over and categorize them for you. Not only I take photos of paper receipts, but I send photos online and email a full reports of expenses, like I said it's a fantastic application.

I have all the advantages necessary is there to keep track for your receipts. I wanted of getting a receipt scanner machine, but it has a horrible reviews and is overpriced. The camera is able to easily capture a receipt ( try to use solid colored tables or floors as a background). This a key selling point. Images will not come out blurred. ReceiptScannerExpenseReport also includes an upload ability to open in with Dropbox or Evernote. I am a big fan of Dropbox user so this was a big plus. Setting up new receipts doesn't take much time and each receipt can hold a variety of information for me.

Even though I still keep my paper receipts, ReceiptScannerExpenseReport does a very good job at keeping them organized. I especially like being able to sort the information by category and vendor. I have tried a few other apps of this type and while the others do categorize expenditures, they do not allow you to filter the results on screen. My only wish is to be able to print multiple receipts per page instead of one receipt per page followed by a blank page. Oveall, a nicely done app.

I bought ReceiptScannerExpenseReport a while ago and was reluctant to begin using it as I had a very negative with a machine scanner that cost me over $150. It was parasitic which lead to me being reluctant to try receipt scanner. I'm glad that I try it . I used it the first time I had it and willing to use it everyday, it was fairly intuitive, straightforward and really easy to learn. I recommend ReceiptScannerExpenseReport . I look forward to other features, but it is exceptionally easy and so much less frustrating than the scanner machine right now.

I generate really a lot of business expense receipts. I use ReceiptScannerExpenseReport to copy the receipt immediately after I receive the receipt. You can adjust the scan boarders after you’ve took a picture to scan your documents, but you just don’t need to do this. Border detection in ReceiptScannerExpenseReport works better than you can even imagine and the result is ALWAYS clear and crispy! ReceiptScannerExpenseReport works every time and really has made big part of my life much easier

It's easy to use, graphics are minimalistic so that it doesn't annoy you. There are so many functions that it is a necessary tool for business if you want to reduce your routine work.I especially appreciate the possibility of customization - you can add your own logo, for example. And ReceiptScannerExpenseReport supports different payment systems that is very useful

Wow. I believe that this program will be useful both for ordinary people and business people especially entrepreneurs who are engaged in small business. A large number of functions and stable performance. I was pleased... and also liked the fact that I can import data into other applications. This is really comfortable and modern. Directly from the phone you can send data if it is urgent.

I couldn't even imagine that there are apps which may help me in the most part of my deals. Now I don't need to keep all my documents, receipts and reports on paper, then spend ages to find them or even lose them. I just take a photo and then find it in two taps and use. It's simple. So I will never return to my previous way of affair conducting, not for anything. ReceiptScannerExpenseReport is worth the stated price!
