Pin location show 999 for back center and front will not change

Pin locations shows 999 on front center and back. I have Motorola 1 5g. Just started last week

I used Yamatrack today, Friday the 13th. It had a new screen and did not work very well. Each hole had to be selected individually and it did not automatically change to the next hole. The screen did not show which hole was displayed and the detail was smaller and harder to see. I later discovered that the App had been upgraded to version 2.1.5. The previous version was much better. I am located in Sarnia , Ontario, Canada, and I was using an IPhone 12. Hope the App gets fixed soon.

How to fix YamaTrack app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YamaTrack app on iPhone
Update YamaTrack app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YamaTrack iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YamaTrack on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YamaTrack network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YamaTrack Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YamaTrack not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YamaTrack App
1. On android, goto Settings » YamaTrack » click [Force Stop]

Update YamaTrack to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YamaTrack App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YamaTrack » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YamaTrack.

Fix YamaTrack unable to contact server/ YamaTrack internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YamaTrack » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YamaTrack » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YamaTrack
