When you have the month view open and you click on a specific day it takes you months back instead of to the day you clicked on. Then when you go back to the month, click on the day it will take you to the correct day but when you click on the more symbols to view the rest of the schedule of that day it again takes you months back. You have to back out all the way to the month view yet again and go though the process all over again. My company is getting fed up with it and will most likely be looking for a new scheduling program. The simple solutions would be to add a “today” button like the web interface has.

TeamupCalendar should be able to work just as efficiently as the desktop website, but it does not.

The custom fields are glitchy in TeamupCalendar . There should be push notifications. Half of the buttons don’t even work.

Please make more user friendly & more efficient!

TeamupCalendar is very limited compared to features and usability of the web app. Also, I was very disappointed that you can’t define timezone separately for start and end times. I was entering information for a trip that crosses time zones and could not change the timezones when creating the event.
Many views are advertised but the Agenda view does not show days with no events so that you can see a full schedule for a date range in a list format.
This service is off to a good start but missing some of those basic features that are in other calendar apps. Pros: Import/Export, Custom Fields, Easy sharing.

This has been a great and useful app for our team. Good UI, and has been quite reliable until recently. Lately I’m having an issue with TeamupCalendar crashing immediately on startup. If that could be fixed I’m sure TeamupCalendar would be great again!

TeamupCalendar would be perfect for my small business, except for the fact that the one view that my business uses, the scheduler view, is not present in the mobile app.

We use the desktop version often, and just opt to use the browser version on mobile to get the full functionality we need. If the scheduler option was added to the mobile application, every employee and member we have using TeamupCalendar would switch to the online application.

I use TeamupCalendar for our local library calendar. But since updating a few months ago, I can’t see the schedule unless I’m wearing glasses. The lines in back of the daily description is blinding and makes it hard to read. Who thought that was a good ideas. Please make it easier to read...

Such an excellent calendar platform but I was frustrated with TeamupCalendar display of events on multiple calendars until the most recent update which displays striped boxes. Bravo! Only thing now would be to enable filters on TeamupCalendar and then it would be five-star perfect...

But as of recently TeamupCalendar just crashes before it opens on my iPhone 11. Worked great up until about a month ago

We switched to this during the pandemic because we had 5 workspaces shared across 20 people that could only be reserved by two people at a time. This works perfectly for organizing our shared timing. TeamupCalendar version is okay and easier to add events with than the mobile web version but I wish you could see a “per-subcalender” view like you can on desktop!

Note, I recently had to remove TeamupCalendar and reinstall it because it was crashing when I opened it. But it’s back to normal afterward.

I have two accounts, one paid for larger group and one free for a small group. Even the free one has a lot of functionality.

Use this to schedule personnel and equipment to events. The one thing I would like to see changed on TeamupCalendar ,which the desktop version has, is the twisting of the colors that designates different calendars scheduled for the same event. This declutters the day view and is easier at a glance to see what’s coming up. All and all a great tool.

Up until now, TeamupCalendar has been great for our team to use. Lately though, it hasn’t opened on my iPhone at all. It immediately crashes. If and when it is fixed, it will be great, but it is bit of a pain that it isn’t working at the moment

I love the new updates. The month view graphics are the clearest I’ve seen on any calendar app. If you could clone or repeat appointments on the phone app, it would be incredible.
Together with the online desktop version this is a powerfull app.

I love teamup and use it both for work and personal reasons. One thing I’d love to see added is the ability to signup for events via the mobile app. Currently this is only available as an option with the web browser. Thanks!

TeamupCalendar has been very helpful for me and my team. We have been using TeamupCalendar faithfully this busy season. It was tricky just what we needed. We were referred to use this from another dealership we work with. Trust me, this is a very user friendly app...even I could use it!

We use TeamupCalendar at my place of work in place of an extremely frustrating Sharepoint calendar. It’s fast, simple, and even our least technically savvy can use it!

This is by far the best calendar app in TeamupCalendar Store. It’s much more than JUST a calendar!

It’s efficient as a live editing note pad, allows to input addresses that open up directly to either google maps or Apple Maps (making it incredibly easy for delivery drivers) as well as it allows you to call phone numbers listed in the notes right from TeamupCalendar itself (no copy and paste needed!)

You can detail your day by utilizing the categories to color coordinate your day, week, month and year. It’s easy to use for all employees and easy to organize!

I highly recommend for furniture companies or any small business that deals in retail with direct delivery to customers!
