Immediately after Fantastical destroyed their iOS app with V3, I started looking for a new calendar app. I (again) tried the stock Apple calendar app & itās still just pitiful.
Iām amazed at the many great features included in this free version of Calendar 366! Not sure I want/need any of the additional features offered in the full version but will likely buy it just to support the developer.
I use month/list view & have a lot of āall dayā events because I keep a rolling āto doā list on my calendar. Would like an option to turn off seeing ā[all day]ā on those entries. Itās already indicated by the circle around the dot (to the left of the event). And, removing that line of text would free up space & enable me to see more calendar entries in list view.
I often have a LOT of text in the ātitleā section (especially for my āto doā lists) & some iOS calendar apps show ALL of that info (in many lines, like a paragraph) when I click on the event - VERY helpful! Unfortunately, Cal 366 shows only a small bit of the text, in a single line. Then I have to press & hold the space bar to move the cursor & itās really difficult to read all of it. Would love to see that changed!

This is an amazing calendar for college students. The reason being that you can see your whole month at once if you choose to & the addition of the task/to do pane being integrated into the same app that you can hide from the actual calendar if youād like. And it is the only app that Iāve been able to find with a task manager that is available on iPhone, iPad, & Mac with (even the Apple watch) - which is a huge deal for an anxiety ridden student like me. Thank you so much for creating this! Iāve been searching for an app like this for so long. It helps me to not have to worry so much.

I downloaded the LE version of Calendars 366 after reading a recommendation from a former Fantastical user (who, like me, was one of the thousands of folks who owned Fantastical 2 and got burned with the disgusting Fantastical 3 update). I needed a split month/list view and Readdle hasnāt added this particular view to their Calendars app yet, so Calendar366Lite is working well for me. Iām getting ready to make the $6.99 investment on Calendars 366. I wish it was $4.99 (hence, 4-Stars instead of 5) but I guess itās worth it as long as the developer respects loyal customers by not changing to a subscription-based version like the dishonest Flexbits developer did underhandedly.

This is by far the best priced and best all-in-one calendar app! I upgraded to the paid version and am so happy I didnāt waste money on similar apps with monthly or annual fees! This is how it should be, a 1 time reasonable price for a great product. I canāt say enough. I have tried so many others and would never upgrade missing out on some decent featuresā¦Not anymoreā¦I just want to say Thank you to this developer!

It took me a day to decide to purchase the pro version. It has all the things I want in a calendar app. The other apps just donāt have everything under one roof. And if they do, they want to charge a monthly / yearly subscription. I appreciate the buy once option for Calendar366Lite.
My rating will likely go up in a month or two.

I really like Calendar366Lite more than my previous calendar/task app (not to be named). I shelled out for the subscription on the āprevious appā and this is better in the display (not so cluttered) and a real bargain price. Highly recommended! Since I upgraded through Calendar366Lite , Calendar366Lite Store thinks I own the lite version, but Iām actually talking about the premium version. It is superb.

When Fantastical went to a subscription model, I was looking for a new calendar app that included similar views and natural language input for adding events. Calendar 366 is the best replacement I could find, and after trying the free version for a few days, upgraded to the paid version. I love it!

I got Calendar366Lite mainly for their Apple Watch app. It is surprisingly good. The iPhone app is not staying behind either. Overall good proposition, specially after Fantastical started charging subscription fees and their Watch app requires you to upload your data to their cloud (privacy issues).

Love the colors seems like it works nice. Just got it so as of yet good. Only thing I would love to see different is the theme colors are with red and blue. I would love to see different colors like they have for the things you do. Different colors for them. Hopefully this happens.

Another convert from Fantastical since they went and got greedy - better for me as Calendar366Lite is far better and the developer seems level minded. Been using a few days and it has worked out very well.

Wow!!! This is the perfect Fantastical replacement!
Just paid for the full version IAP! Well made, lots of options, works perfectly and has an app for watch and Mac!
Thank you for such a great calendar app at a fair price. 5 Stars!!!

Calendar366Lite seems like a great contender for replacing Fantastical, however I canāt get myself to purchase pro without being able to see how well the natural language input works. I use this all the time and itās make it or break it for me.

I really like this and suits my needs.
Iād pay for it to support developer if you could fix one thing ā Long appointment names are truncated.
If they had it where the name of the event is two lines to accommodate lengthy titles itās an instant purchase. Otherwise this is an annoying omission

Does it all well. Very nice app. One suggestion, the highlight for today could be a bit larger & brighter as it does not grab your attention as it is. Overall, very well done.

I'd like to see the addition of an 'operate separately' setting so that Calendar 366 LE (blue icon) and Calendar 366 (red icon) can have separate calendar sets, separate customizations, etc... Enhancements to year view (e.g., heatmap, multiple indicators) would be nice too.

I too am trialing free version. But, as mentioned, I canāt see all my text on the title line like Fantastical. However, the Watch version of Calendar366Lite shows it. This additional feature would have me buy the paid version. Please add. Thanks

Thanks for the great app. Just bought the MacOS version too. Coming from Fantastical.
Some feedback
- I wish it was quicker to switch between list views, specifically week list and month lists.
- something about Calendar366Lite icon I donāt love, but Iāll get used to it.
- I donāt intend to use tasks at all. Iād love to just be able to turn it off.

Looking around for a calendar app that worked on the Apple Watch after Fantastical destroyed their app., found this one.... it looks great, works even better... now Iām really happy I had to move on from my previous one.

Simple and easy to use. A very nice UI. Looking forward to some improvements. Thinking about upgrading to the pro version. Would like to see month view in the widget.
By f4jock
Better than all the rest!
Idea for developer:
Would love to have a quick switch button at the bottom of the screen to cycle between my two favorite views, would could be given somewhere in settingsā¦
Thanks for a great app!

Unlike other calendars for Apple Watch, Calendar 366 lets me choose how far in advance to look at events. I chose a month which gives me a quick preview of whatās to come long into the future.
Also the complication display choice is fantastic for the new watch faces! It spells out the day of week and has abbreviated month name and date.
I also like the Today Widget for the iPhone. Clean snapshot view of the weekās events & includes reminders. My only request is that the view roll to the following week since right now it stops on Saturday.
Also...not sure what the difference is between free and paid versions. The description are the same for both and free version seems to have it all.

Since Flexibits switched to a subscription Iāve been on the hunt for a replacement. Iām loving this one the best so far.

Question: can I drag the reminders from reminders list to the calendar to create a ātime blockā?
By Bigd4512
When offering an app AND there is ANY FEE to using it or UNLOCK FEATURES (whatever!), list that fact in the description and save some of us the frustration of downloading and ultimately deleting Calendar366Lite . I will pay for an app. Allow a free version to try and then if I like I will buy. Marketing....I cant stand it!!

Update : 2/18/20
After using it for several days, I went ahead and paid for the premium.
This is a great app and kind of funny that it does not show up on the store unless you specifically search for it.

Like others Iām coming from fantastical and decided to give this a go (glad it has a free version) and so far so good. The price to fully upgrade is definitely do able and it definitely looks that will be the case.
I just removed calendars5 from my home screen and replaced this with this. I love the month/list view and allot more options are not blocked via the pay wall.
