I’m not sure what the issue is but Footpatrol has not worked for over a year now. I ordered something from them before but now don’t even get the chance. Why has it been so long since it has been fixed? It is very upsetting that an establishment would not make it easier for customers to spend money with them.

Footpatrol doesn’t work

Every time I try to check out on a release it makes me jump through a million hoops to try and get it shipped to the US and eventually it just says ‘out of stock’ and I have to remove it from my basket. I’ve tried Footpatrol , desktop, mobile site. I’ve also tried multiple payment methods, browsers, and addresses. FIX YOUR SITE.

I am never a person who reviews anything. But this app is so awful I can’t help it. Their customer service is non existent, Footpatrol only works 15% of the time and when it does it’s impossible to search for anything. If, by some act of God you are able to order something expect a cancel because somehow in 2018 we can talk about going to Mars but can’t keep track of shoe inventory. What a joke.

95% I wanted to look up a specific item the page would not load. The other 5% of the time I was able to add the item to my bag and begin checking out, it would fail and be unable to process my payment. Absolutely the most frustrating app I’ve ever used.

Tried Footpatrol on an iPhone 6s and an iPhone X and it won't open on either. Just get the same network error connection. Even more frustrating after being sent to Footpatrol Store to download to skip the queue on the website. There's not even a hyped release today. Does this app just not like money?

They say download Footpatrol to avoid queuing, but then you get an error. Footpatrol will work as long as there’s nothing cool coming out. The second something remotely popular comes out, Footpatrol stops working.. so yeah it’s trash. I just checked it right now and it’s not working. I came here hoping there was an update and ended up writing this review.

App crashes, rarely works. The website isn’t much better. Website redirect you to download Footpatrol , every time you click on a shoe especially a popular shoe, you get a message saying the site is down, try again later.

Footpatrol is so bad I have to take my time to write a review. Why are hyped released on this crappy app. Footpatrol crashes and even the website can’t accessed easily. How am I supposed to enter and view my raffles? It’s purely pathetic. Improve your company before you start selling hyped shoes

Sign in says incorrect on app while same exact login info works fine on desktop. Tried it ten times deleted and re-opened app still doesn't work. Only reason foot patrol isn't out of business is cause they back door.

Same as the others, Footpatrol and their website never seem to work. Honestly I don’t know how they manage to make any money because no one can actually access anything.

Really good but need some works

trash app customer service and everything , they wouldnt even tell you that your order didnt go thru and takes long to respond and i waited forever for my refund i cant believe they do collabs with big brands so unprofessional

Nice strategy by restocking limited sneakers at random times. App can’t handle the demand and it cannot checkout under those circumstances. It allows you to cart items not in stock, very misleading. Do not even download.

They sent me the wrong size and won’t give free returns for U.S costumers even if it’s been before 28 days. They hardly respond and won’t answer on refunds. Never again lol

Raffles are done on Footpatrol but i can't log in via Footpatrol using the same credentials that work via website.

Footpatrol doesn't even load. It says “network error” and just sits on the loading screen forever. I’m very disappointed.

App is down for maintenance most of the time and their site is always access denied from US. What a waste of time.

This is a terrible app in which you can never buy anything. Footpatrol constantly breaks does not allow to enter. this app is a paradise for bots and a nightmare for ordinary users.

Just like their company this app’s app is absolutely pathetic. Even during somewhat hyped releases the products will not even load. Don’t waste your time.
