App doesn’t work
I’m not sure what the issue is but this app has not worked for over a year now. I ordered something from them before but now don’t even get the chance. Why has it been so long since it has been fixed? It is very upsetting that an establishment would not make it easier for customers to spend money with them.

Is there US shipping or not?!
Every time I try to check out on a release it makes me jump through a million hoops to try and get it shipped to the US and eventually it just says ‘out of stock’ and I have to remove it from my basket. I’ve tried the App, desktop, mobile site. I’ve also tried multiple payment methods, browsers, and addresses. FIX YOUR SITE.

I am never a person who reviews anything. But Footpatrol is so awful I can’t help it. Their customer service is non existent, the app only works 15% of the time and when it does it’s impossible to search for anything. If, by some act of God you are able to order something expect a cancel because somehow in 2018 we can talk about going to Mars but can’t keep track of shoe inventory. What a joke.
