1 year agoUSA user here. I've successfully enter a number of raffles but starting late May I have been unable to enter on size? or Footpatrol launches. If I try to enter payment information under the options menu I get " oops somethings gone wrong" & if I try to enter payment information in raffle I get the ADY14 error.

1 year agoI’ve the same problem. I entered more raffles and know i get an error. “Sorry there was an problem making your payment. Please try again - ADY14” Can you please solve this problem?

App payment doesn’t go through support no help
Because I entered four live raffles I think the app banned me … on fourth I get a payment error that’s stopping me from being able to enter anymore raffles 🤦♂️ “ Oops, something's gone wrong there - please try again Sorry, there was an problem making your payment. Please try again - ADY14” Support doesn’t seem to know what is going on or able to assist
