4 months agoThe fact that the payment wouldn’t go through because I live in Europe and I had to contact my friend in the US to order for me was not the biggest issue. My order was cancelled by GB and the money was returned to the account. However, a few hours later they took the exact same amount of money from the account, which didn’t even show on the account log meaning that the charges cannot be disputed. I’ve lost 214 dollars which in my country is a lot of money. No one responds to emails, phone calls or social media messages. I emailed the co-founders of the company and hopefully they’ll do something about the issue

Not that good.
Took like a whole month to ship when it said 7 days. I had to return my order the first time and you don’t even get a full refund? They give you store credit, I had to pay $15 to exchange. And again, the second time it took a whole month+ to ship it out (still haven’t gotten it yet). It’s so dumb, after i get my cargos i’m never buying this brand again.

Bought 2 pair of cargo pants, it’s been a month haven’t gotten them, emailed them and haven’t gotten a email back from them. Terrible.

shipping times are insane
gbb has had problems with shipping on time even before COVID, but now they’re using that as an excuse to ship packages 3 weeks late (or never)! i really don’t recommend shopping here as you might not even get your package, not to mention a refund or emails back. their sizes are also unisex but it isn’t marked as such on the website so many people end up with clothing larger than they expect. please shop somewhere else.
