Can u please cancel my scription, to Reddit also I don't have my 6 digit number. Also please your representative is a bad job. He saying all my Information is no good name, address, email. All that info I gave to them when I scripted so what the problem.

How to fix Reddit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Reddit app on iPhone
Update Reddit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Reddit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Reddit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Reddit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Reddit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Reddit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Reddit » click [Force Stop]

Update Reddit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Reddit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Reddit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Reddit.

Fix Reddit unable to contact server/ Reddit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Reddit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Reddit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
