I have a problem with Slide

User reports:
No current problems

- 90% of gifs and videos won't play, and many post links are broken.

- The app doesn't load more content automatically, forcing users to manually scroll down.

- Some post links require a roundabout way to open in Safari.

- The app lists post titles/info after post content, which can be frustrating for users.

- This design feature makes every subreddit feel like r/nocontextpics.

Switching between Slide and other tabs, Slide loses its place and returns to the top.

To resolve Slide network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Slide App
1. On android, goto Settings » Slide » click [Force Stop]

Clear Slide App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Slide » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Slide.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Slide » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Slide » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Slide
