How to fix Zyl app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zyl app on iPhone
Update Zyl app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zyl iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zyl on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zyl network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Zyl not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Zyl app issues:

Force Stop the Zyl App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Zyl app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Zyl to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zyl App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Zyl app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Zyl.

Fix Zyl unable to contact server/ Zyl internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Zyl » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Zyl » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zyl on android.
