All these auctions are manifestations of criminal organizations, people who buy here do not understand or do not know where to go and trust criminals, do not you realize that they are filling their pockets by selling you pieces of very low grades, I have looked at the pieces they sell and I have presented some and they do not respond because they themselves compare cheap and sell you cheap garbage, they do not know that they themselves are using you, look at the best place to sell and buy is called eBay, here they do not discriminate against you and it is a much safer place, but these places like HiBid, Heritage Auction, and stack roundabouts, are organizations that buy themselves on eBay what is cheap to sell it to you expensive and you fill their pockets, it is time for them to rent, say enough is enough!!!.

The constant incessant bombardment of messages about items that I am watching has become quite annoying and I cannot find a way to stop it other than to stop watching items. There should be a user option whether or not to receive messages. A dozen messages in less than an hour is complete insanity. It is making me have second thoughts about using this auction platform.

I found it pointless to submit coins for review.

The company does a great job with the information populated in StacksBowersGalleries ; however, StacksBowersGalleries itself is annoying to use. Whenever browsing a list of coins, it always returns you to the top of the list instead after viewing an item. Why doesn’t it return you to where you left off?? It seems like a small glitch, but its really bothersome.

I went to bid live at the auction… it forced me to download StacksBowersGalleries. Just some feedback that forcing someone to download an app with no other option is not a user friendly experience. Should just say hey, it’s better we think to use StacksBowersGalleries , but if you don’t want to bid live on StacksBowersGalleries , then proceed in the non-mobile optimized site.

Hands down the best app of any auction house; fast, clear and easy. Now if they don't ruin it with updates as others have. I just "watched" and bid on several lots without the need of a credit card; maybe it filters out deadbeats.

I spend a lot of time on the StacksBowers website and particularly StacksBowersGalleries . This auction house has the best photographs and StacksBowersGalleries highlights that very well. All of the auction information I need is at my fingertips. I would have a few tweaks if I were designing this myself, but there’s no way I could design StacksBowersGalleries better than what StacksBowers has brought to the collecting community. They have done a great job with StacksBowersGalleries, and like I said, I spend a lot of time on it.

The best all around service I have received from a coin dealer, hands down! Any questions I have, they answer either by email or by a phone call. I’ve had regular contact with them since I have started collecting. EVERYONE, that I have had contact with has been extremely nice and has done whatever it took to make my purchases pleasant and to make sure I was happy. Even though I am nowhere near one of their big spending bidders.
