Okay, so reinstall the app and re-login. Worked for me.
It wont let me sign up for the account on the app
I was able to use instant with no issues and now for months says debit card verification failed and that it isn't linked to my bank which it is. It's the same card I have always used and use on other apps as well. But everytime I do it shows their deposit which shows they are able to connect to my card. Super frustrating when paying for a membership and can't use the feature I signed up for.
Hello, I have had this problem for 2weeks now. The app was working fine, all my other app s on my phone work except Albert app. It will not open. I have followed all procedures it’s not opening. All I want are my investments funds and account balances transferred to my account. The same account in which they constantly take out of . Thank You kindly
App worked enough to take money but now i cant login at all to access the money 😒
